what can I do when the justification for an image rejection is wrong, for example - similar image when there is no similar image in my image bank?

Oi pessoal tudo bem?Eu sou ilustrador e já me acostumei que muitas ilustrações demoram mais para serem aprovadas. Porém, meu Saci-pererê está "preso na alfandega" há seis meses!  E a série que tem o mesmo personagem já foi aprovada de imediato... Essa ID 1000539986.Existem outros que também estão há meses, como a iara - uma coleção de 4 ilustrações ,  presas Há 3 meses...no total tenho 11 ilustrações presas por muito tempo. Por favor, se alguém puder verificar, eu agradelo!

Hello, I was uploading all my AI assets as illustrations, but I also included ones that give the impression of being shot from a camera angle. Could this cause any issues? For example, can you tell me whether these images should be labeled as illustrations or photos? There are about 2000 assets like this that I didn’t tag as 'photo' and left under 'illustration.' Could this cause any problems? Because, they’re not illustrations. Should I delete all of them?

Hello! Most of my submissions on my Adobe Stock have been rejected for Smiliar Images uploaded for the past week or so and most of them are stuff I haven't uploaded to my account. Hello, I have many quality rejections lately and I don't see why in the majority of the cases. I try to be clean and look to the milimeter everything, but yet...Could you take a look to these images to help me understand the rejections, please? I uploaded multiple post templates, and they are getting rejected on "Quality Issues" but I can't find the problem. I already reuploaded them 2 times because of other issues that I handled, waited 2 months to get rejected both times, and this week I uploaded everything again and all of them got rejected within a day.   Already written to the support, got a link to the forum so I still have no idea why. I upload a picture of a dog   I took this saturday on the platform and in less than 12 hours it was rejected because they claimed it was AI Generated. It wasn't, I didn't even use the Generative AI remove tool. I just cropped it adjusted the colors and added some masks for lightining. Bonjour, j'ai fais plusieurs pays, dans un signe interdit pour l'idée de boycott. Mais ils sont refusés pour :- Utilisation non conforme du nom d’un autre artiste.- Contenu créé par IA générative non déclaré.- Contenu non conforme aux directives générales : est-ce interdit de faire ce genre de visuels ? cela enfrain t'il les directives générales ? je précise qu'il s'agit de rendus 3D, aucune IA la dedans.

  Hello.   There's something strange here... This is my 5th image that has been rejected due to "Similar Images Already Submitted", the garden shovel depiction above.   I looked in my Adobe Stock submissions folder, I don't have a single old work related to a garden shovel.   I didn't stop with searching for "shovel", I also searched for "spade", "oar", "hawk", "rowing", etc. and still couldn't find a single work.   As I said, it's obvious to me that there's something strange here. If it continues like this, my account will be closed/suspended, and I certainly don't want something like this to happen unjustly.   What can I do to solve this, who can I contact, how can I object?   There are Adobe employees on this forum, they write from time to time, can they help me too, please?   I opened a second thread about the same issue, maybe it was wrong, but as I said, the issue is important to me, there is a risk of my account being closed even though I

My files has been published in Adobe Stock 15100 and 5700 has been rejected.Now my question is, as the 5700 files are rejected, will my account be a problem?

I noticed that some vector images have three format options available for the customer: AI, EPS, and JPEG, for example. I would like to know if it is the contributor who provides the three files in different formats or if you automatically add an extra format, such as JPEG. If that’s the case, do I need to upload three images in different formats?
