Hi, newbie hereBased on the Adobe Help Center Page, I learned that the artboard should be at least 3,000x 5,0000 pixels (15mp). I have couple of my stuffs with the artboards 4,000 x 4,000 and 4,000 x 3,000, so they're not below 3,000 but not hitting 5,000. Did my artboards meet the requirements or should I increase them? Thanks

I reported on the forum here that my contributor account has been de-activated and I assumed that the reason for this was the irregular sales issue. I received an email today from Adobe contributer support telling me that my account has been unblocked and that they have deducted the irregular sales credits.There is something that caught my attention in the email:They said to me (If your account is blocked again for this reason, we reserve the right to terminate your account completely.)I want to know if the investigations they conducted did not show that I am not involved in this issue? Or is this text automatically sent to anyone who experiences this issue?One more thingAfter resolving my account issue for about half an hour, I got about 30 sales.Is this normal? Hi,for months now my review time of photos keeps increasing, to date I have many images in the queue for 2 months, a few even three months, that has never happend, usually the review time was 2-3 days.videos do still get accepted within a day.I am a few years now around with 6k pictures (no AI) but this has never happend. I know that review times are longer now, but 3 months??? it seems no new photo upload of me gets accepted lately but just hangs in the queue.... 

We are living in a joined family and we are working together on Adobe stock contributor using same net connection(wifi).Our accounts are login in separate laptops. I wants to confirms that can we work by using same network connection (wifi) or not??

I created illustrations using a photoshop app and i submitted them as non ai images but they got rejected saying that they are missing ai generated flag Can anyone help me in this issue?

Hello there! I have an issue about link my payoneer account to my adobe stock contributor account. I contacted with Payoneer support team and they said it's a problem related to Adobe. When I try to connect and tell my problem to Adobe Support Team, unfortunately anybody didn't help me about that. I think it's something like technial issue that apperas when try to connect payoneer account. Here I share =I'm in it. Can anybody help me please to solve that problem? 

Hello, I upload AI generated images and most of my images get accepted, however, I have several images that have been under review for about 2 months and a half now (They follow all the AI generative guidelines, like all my other images).I still upload images to this day and they get accepted but some of them stay in review for a long time.I have over 400 images in review but now I upload about 50 images a week and they get accepted the following week. Should I delete the pictures that have been in review for 2+ months, is there an issue with them? Thanks a lot for your answers,Luc

Why adobe stock reject Vector logos I upload as "illustrative editorial content" while they accept the logo in jpg format? for example olympics and facebook logo etc.  And same company logos are already approved on adobe stock site.

But I have some questions. 1-For me in Egypt, what is the best option out of the three for withdrawal, PayPal/Payoneer/Skrill? Which one will give me the lowest savings and the lowest taxes? 2- Aside from the Adobe Stock cut rate, which will be 15% according to the tax form, will a percentage also be cut when sending money to one of the three platforms, and another percentage when transferring money from the platforms to a credit card? 3-After all this, will a percentage will also be cut when transferring money from a Visa card to Tangible money? 4-Could I have filled out the tax form stating that I was in the United States or not, and what would have happened? "To avoid the 15% tax deduction." 5-Suppose I withdraw $30, for example. After all this, how much will be left? I feel like half the amount will fly away!

My Adobe Contributor account was recently closed because I uploaded multiple images of the same type, due to lack of knowledge and rules. I thought it was okay because the titles were different. I appealed to the Adobe team, but they responded that they couldn't reinstate my account. I would like another chance to have my account reinstated. Is there any way to back my account because my account going well.....

Hello. I pitched a cover image awhile ago to the client that they are expecting to be at the printer now, and when I went to get the high res images this image I had on the cover is GONE! I have looked everywhere thinking maybe the artist put it on other stock sites. This really is a disaster to contribute images that we use in layouts and then take them down. I am stuck having to tell the client that we have to change the cover after all this time. I typically don't pull my high res images until right before it goes to the printer to keep the file size down, and in case there are any edits/image changes. Now, I guess I have to download and liscense an important image right away! The image I need is of a teen girl in a forest of green trees, looking up towards the sky. She is wearing an army green colored coat. The image number is 765386901 if by chance the artist reads this! Hoping somone can help.

Hello, I'm having a strange error uploading some templates on adobe stock. I already uploaded dozens of templates, but this is the first time i cannot submit some templates because the Template Details Field is Empty and a "Missing marketing Text" error is shown. But i filled the csv file as usual and there is no Details field in it. I even tried to download again the sample csv metadata form from the contributor guide portal, but the file is the same as always. I know i'm doing something wrong, but i can't understand what... 😞
