Dear Community,I hope you're well. My contributor account has been blocked for over 30 days. I submitted an appeal, and it seems like my account might not be reinstated. However, there were some earnings in that account, and I'm unsure how to retrieve the payment. Could you please guide me on how to proceed with this? Thank you for your help.

Hola,  I have 23 photos waiting for a review, which I uploaded at the beginning of my Adobe adventure and I dare say they violate intellectual property because I use the brand name in the title and tags.Is there a way to remove photos which are in review queue? This are the oldest photos uploaded and waiting on my account (contributor id: 212028075). All the best,Monika

I'm confused about what the quality issues are for this pic. I don't see any focus, over processing, or artifact issues.

Hi,I joined here as adobe stock contributor and uploaded 39 files for review everything was fine. But suddenly due to net problem I could not stay online for 7 days and the computer was given windows and I logged in the account. But this happens after login. Although it may be due to internet problem, I checked the internet and still this is happening. Please I am hoping for a correct answer.

By creating AI images, I can use the same keywords on all market sites with the same title. If there is any problem with Adobe Stock account, please let me know. Thank you.

In my opinion this is an amazing atmospheric mystic Halloween image but it has been rejected due to "quality" issues. Can I reaupload same image? Can it be approved in second try?  

Hi everyone, I've uploaded 6 AI images; 4 accepted and 2 were rejected for quality issues. While I do understand why 2 of them got rejected I'm still uncertain why 2 of those images got rejected, can anyone help me identify what is wrong with these images? Hello everyone! I have this error on my upload page and there is nothing I can do! There are no "red" to correct. Plus, now I do not see the thumbnails of my videos (normally I do)The only thing I have changed since last successful uplaod is my physical location (another EU country). Not sure if this is the problem.Please, help!

I'm making the switch after 20+ years with Getty to Adobe after my sales dropped drastically. This set of images were rejected due to quality issues. These images were accepted and sold multiple times through Getty. Just confused why Adobe would reject. Any insight would be great thanks.

Hallo, ich lade gerade das erste mal Content auf Adobe Stock hoch. Nach 51 Einreichungen und Daten in der Überprüfung ist die Funktion "Daten einreichen" trotz grüner Markierungen nicht aktiv. Ich kann aber weiterhin Dateien hochladen. Ist das normal wenn noch Bilder in der Überprüfung sind? MfG

Hello,About 40 days ago, Adobe deactivated my account due to excessive similar AI content submissions. I replied, requesting them to unblock my account, and received an email stating, "Thank you for contacting us. We have received your message and your case."I have waited for approximately 40 days now and have not received any further response from Adobe.Any suggestions or solutions to this problem would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Hello everyone.Happened to find a bunch of duplicate accounts in the database.Type: Top of drink tin can iced submerged in frost ice, metal aluminum beverage. in Adobe Stock search engine and you'll see what I'm referring to. Most the results are for accounts with oddly similiar names. The accounts tend to be fairly new, ranging from 10 - 30 pages. But most the accounts have around 22 - 24 pages or thereabouts. Most of the images/titles in these accounts are copies of one another. Leaves me wondering why someone would even bother doing this.Anyways, hope you're all doing well despite the heat.Take care.

Hi, newbie hereBased on the Adobe Help Center Page, I learned that the artboard should be at least 3,000x 5,0000 pixels (15mp). I have couple of my stuffs with the artboards 4,000 x 4,000 and 4,000 x 3,000, so they're not below 3,000 but not hitting 5,000. Did my artboards meet the requirements or should I increase them? Thanks

I reported on the forum here that my contributor account has been de-activated and I assumed that the reason for this was the irregular sales issue. I received an email today from Adobe contributer support telling me that my account has been unblocked and that they have deducted the irregular sales credits.There is something that caught my attention in the email:They said to me (If your account is blocked again for this reason, we reserve the right to terminate your account completely.)I want to know if the investigations they conducted did not show that I am not involved in this issue? Or is this text automatically sent to anyone who experiences this issue?One more thingAfter resolving my account issue for about half an hour, I got about 30 sales.Is this normal? Should I report today's sales or is my account starting to go back to its previous state and rhythm of sales?Before the de-activation, I was making 30 to 50 sales per week and most of these sales were made in one day. Hi,for months now my review time of photos keeps increasing, to date I have many images in the queue for 2 months, a few even three months, that has never happend, usually the review time was 2-3 days.videos do still get accepted within a day.I am a few years now around with 6k pictures (no AI) but this has never happend. I know that review times are longer now, but 3 months??? it seems no new photo upload of me gets accepted lately but just hangs in the queue....
