Stock Contributors

Dear community members,  I am writing to you about an issue I encountered with my Adobe account, hoping for a good advice.since few days my account is suddenly deactivated for the first time since about 8 years.I've been a committed contributor, following all the guidelines and requirements outlined in the contributor agreement. I've really no idea why my account deactivated. I’m selling only my underwater footages which I filmed by myself.I've got this messege "Dear contributor, your Adobe Stock contributor account has been de-activated. Please see your email for more information or Contact us”I didn't receive any emails then i contacted Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”.Please let me know if i should do somthing else to restore my account?Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Hello everyone,Frankly speaking, the rules used to approve or disapprove AI images are confusing. If you give the same images to 2 different moderators, they'll come up with different decisions. That's what happened with me.I follow the guidelines before submitting images by adding the necessary text strings in the image title and keywords. However, some images are rejected asking me to fill a model release. I was asked to do that for an image of the the Egyptian queen Nefirtit who died 3400 years ago! It was then approved after I removed the name "Nefertiti". I was also asked to fill the same form for 2 pictures of Santa Claus! The confusing things is that 2 other pictures of Santa Claus were approved (check screnshot) without any issues. More images were not accepted and again required filling a Model release although they are AI images!Please check the attached images.No.1 (Santa image) was accepted and No.2 was rejected and Adobe asked for a Model Relase be filled! For Santa Claus?

how can i avoid ban i adobe stock contributor

Guten Morgen, ich bekomme noch immer meine Adobe Stock Einnahmen an meine alte E-Mail Adresse. Ich habe meine neue E-Mail Adresse in meinem Adobe Konto geändert und mein Profil aktualisiert. Des weiteren wird auch meine neue Mail Adresse überall angezeigt. Ich verstehe nicht warum die Adobe Stock Einnahmen immer noch an meine alte Mail Adresse geschickt werden? Die Änderungen habe ich vor knapp drei Monaten vorgenommen, also sollte die Aktualisierung schon durchgeführt worden sein.  Wo ist das Problem? Was habe ich falsch gemacht, oder wo kann ich diese Adobe Stock Einstellung ändern? Kann mir bitte jemand helfen? Besten Dank   [Moderator hat den Thread in das richtige Forum verschoben]

Hello,I tried to sign in to my Fotolia contributer account and discovered that Fotolia has merged with Adobe. After some searching I found a few links for account migration, however most of them are now defunct and redirect to general pages. How can I recover my Fotolia contributer account, or gain access to the migrated account on Adobe?

I added collections to my portfolio. I want to customize the text used for the collection. If you look at the attached image, it doesn't show what type of collection it is. Is there a way to customize the text I highlighted in the attached image, or can i add new text to explain  the type of collection it is.

I've created over 150 3D animated map animations of different countries, and they've all been accepted except the one for "Singapore." I've reviewed the keywords and titles, and I've uploaded it twice, but it has been rejected both times. Does anyone know why it's being rejected, even though it's similar to the other animations for different countries? Thanks!

Hi! I'm a newbie here, but since I'm posting (got some sales too) I have rejected only 2 works. Yesterday I uploaded 12 AI-generated illustrations and all of them were rejected. I used the same process of generating/editing these as I did for other illustrations I submitted. I know that the images have a similar theme, but I tried depicting people of different ethnicities, genders, and ages, for more diversity. I'm attaching a few examples. Any help would be appreciated, this will help me understand the issue better and be able to detect it the next time 🙏

My picture doesn't pass the standard but I don't really understand what is the real issue (as in the attached) only "nice" calligraphy picture is passed. Please help me identify the problem. Thank you in advance.

Does Adobe stock accept AI generated vectors?If AI generated vectors are not accepted, then why AI generated vectors are showing up in Adobe stock

For me they look like in focus. And could be used commercially.  Thank you.

As n professional photographer for 30 years I have a fairly good idea on quality and a pretty solid with composition. If Adobe can use less Ai to judge images with actual soul..Adobe, GIVE US A BREAK!!!!

Some architecture photography wasn't accepted, I'm not able to guess why. Can someone more with more experience with adobe stock tell my why? Ive attached images. 

Hi, i upload vector files (not ai generated) now it is 16th day but files are still under review, This is my first submission how long it take to approve ?

When i uplaod photos since 28 july adobe stock not accepting it and declined all my photo to say that its some quality issues but my all AI based photos are upto 700KBs but still declined  plz check these images and assist me!

Many of the images that were created based on artificial intelligence were approved, but none of the 400 images were sold. Do I have a problem with the sale process or not?

I have had this issue since i started selling on Adobe stock, when a trend or holiday is near (when am talking about near it's like 10 days to 15 days left), they don't review the vectors until that event or holiday passes. I don't know why it only happens with adobe stock, so now when posting something about a trend or holiday i should post it months before it happens.

Hello esteemed contributors,Could you please advise if I generate my own image (let's say a watercolor illustration) in Midjourney that I like, can I use it as a reference (--sref) to maintain the style and color scheme for generating further images? As far as I understand, this does not violate Adobe Stock's rules.Question #2, which is more complex:If I take an image from open sources where the author does not have intellectual property rights, am I also not violating any rules? After all, it does not generate an identical image to the reference.This is not "--cref", which replicates the object/subject.Has anyone here used this method consistently without any issues?Of course, it’s possible to use all this in ways that violate Adobe Stock's rules, but I am concerned about making sure that a law-abiding author is not confused with a rule-breaking author and inadvertently banned.Thank you for your help!
