Stock Contributors

Hello all,   On March 29, my 17 illustrations were approved and uploaded to the website, but they still do not appear in the search results within the site. For example, when I search for 'pig' to find my illustration titled 'pig in a bakery', my approved image does not show up in the results. The same is true for the others. Hi All Is anyone facing this issue ? from last couple of months i am trying for Payout , every time i am opting for Payout i am getting success message (screen shot is attached )  even after 10-15 days are passed amount is not credited to my paypal account instead I can see amount remain same in my Stock Adobe dashboard , this is really frustrating as there is no response from Stock Adobe team as well. I have sent multiple mails and for one of the mail i received case number with Auto generated number ( 00235380 ). RegardsKavikant

I got a lot of submissions denied for same reason. The only thing they have in common - all of them are picturing musicians, but it's various people, with various races, genders, and even visual styles - from fantasy to cyberpunk, from realistic to chibi.The images were made by me and i can prove it, if nessesary. Also i will give you a few examples here - try to search by that image and you will find nothing.So what could be the reason? It feels like those submissions were flagged by bot instead of being reviewed by humans, because i kinda fail to find any intellectual property that would belong to someone else. But maybe you can? Here is few examples:If you also can't find any proofs that they are someone else's ip, what do you recommend me to do, is there a way to contact Adobe and ask to explain why they think that my images using IP of others people?

I have a question, I created a video in After Effects and I want to upload it to Adobe Stock, but when I watched people's videos, I saw that all the uploaded videos have "mov" as the file type. I don't know if I upload the video in mp4 format, will it be automatically converted to mov? And will it appear to people in mov format? The other question is what is the best bitrate for videos to avoid compression on the site?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I recently had a design with Recycle logo in it denied with the reason being Intellectual property. The recycle logo is in the public domain and has no trademark.

I have received confirmation email from Adobe they have reviewed and accepted 16 of my photos.How to know if my accepted photo is on sale online?where to check? All the files are under dashboard - my portfolio colum..does that mean customer can see those photos and buy it?or it should posted under releases coloum?

Hello, I would like to complain or contact Adobe Stock support. 75 images were rejected at once, even though I did everything required and added that they were using artificial intelligence and did not add keywords that were far from the topic.I was tired for days and put a lot of pressure on myself to complete these photos, only to be surprised that they were not accepted, even though several months ago I had published a smaller quantity and with worse quality, and in fact they were accepted. Imsges size were 4096×2304 for width:height, the ratio was 16:9thanks for reading.

Hi there, I am sort of new to Adobe stock contributions, the last 5 or so images I have posted have all been rejected, the only difference is I'm now creating the A.I images in firefly, adobe's own product.I only have ever posted A.I images.Is adobes own generator not good enough? Will post images soon
