Dears,   I wonder if I could reach contributor support anywhere other than the email or dashboard since they NEVER respond.  After my account got deactivated, I recieved an email telling that my account is to be reinstated and the irregular sales have been subtracted, as of the attached. though, they kept it in deactive mode.    Can anyone here HELP reaching them out?!   [Moderator deleted private information.  Hello. My account has been blocked since February 17, 2024. I was never told the reasons. And the funds withdrawn several days before this date never arrived on PayPal. How can I find out the reasons for blocking and how to get my account back?

I have many different photos. but some photos show the model's face. but these photos are my own. Some models do not want to fill out documents that confirm my copyright. they are busy filming, photo shoots, etc. There are very much photos. and each of photo to check to copyright is imposible. Hi everyone,I started posting a few days ago and am just trying to gauge the types of photos that are acceptable and why. They were all accepted on Shutterstock but only some on Adobe Stock. They have been accepted on Getty too. I did very light edits in Lightroom. I have two main questions, I suppose. 1. Composition. Most of our photography so far is at Nigerian food markets. I know food is high competition but there are some unique foods to be found that people might find interesting. What is any advice you have for photographing food and how do I use keywords to be noticed? Also, struggling with how to get tall trees in a shot as well. Or should I just focus on texture and not worry about cutting bits out?  2. Will photography as niche as this ever get noticed? Should I just stick to the trending lists? Other than that, please feel free to critique and more importantly, suggest advice. Thanks so much.

I have been a stock photographer for 15 years. I never had batches off 100 unaccepted as long as I have been in the business. I am doing AI work now and it is taking just as long to do that as actual pictures.These two pictures are only two of the 500 that I submitted, and all were rejected. Can someone tell me what is wrong with these two pictures that are 2 of many that were rejected? I try to shoot as realistic as I can from the bestsellers in my other portfolio.

I was thinking about posting an AI Route 66 image (which is in the public domain) but I was reading in the submission guidelines that public domain images aren't accepted. "We do not currently accept public domain content, which is content where the copyright has expired or where the content has been dedicated to the public domain. Please clarify, because there are thousands of Route 66 images on Adobe.

Hello, I am a stock contributor. For some background, I primarily create outlines of different political and geographical entities (states, countries, counties, lakes, seas, islands) in vector format. For each geographical entity I produce one vector with a black outline which is often thin and one vector with a thicker black outline with a colorful filled in offset behind it. Until recently, for each political entity, such as an island off the southern coast of the U.K. or Washington D.C., I submitted these two kinds of vectors and both kinds were accepted.  Recently (maybe two or so months ago now), however, the colorful offsetted version of political entities has been getting rejected with the reason given that I had already submitted content which was too similar. From the time I started uploading content to Adobe to the time these offsets began to be rejected I had uploaded 400-500 vectors, around half of which being the aforementioned colorful offsetted vector type

Me han rechazado varias fotos por:- Uso indebido del nombre de otro artista.- Contenido de IA generativa no declarado. Eso es IMPOSIBLE yo misma tome las fotos y las edite en adobe lightroom, no es contenido de IA. Además de que no es "uso indebido" porque son flores de naturaleza (cielo o flores) que no infringen derechos, por eso las subi. Si me pudieran ayudar a entender mejor el problema. Trataré de subir mejores fotos.

Hello...This is my 1st Adobe stock payout I withdraw money from the contributor site to my Payoneer on Friday, May 12, 2023 it's taking too much time.

Greetings, I recently embarked on my journey with Adobe Stock by uploading four of my images, and I'm pleased to share that three were accepted. However, I'm seeking guidance and insights regarding the rejection of one image to enhance my future submissions. My initial thought is that it could be due to minor white artifacts noticeable in certain areas of the first image, though I'm uncertain if this is a significant factor for rejection. Additionally, there's a finger in the image that appears somewhat unusual, but considering the illustrative nature of the work, I didn't anticipate it being an issue. Maybe the top-right part is too noisy. Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
