Hello, My payout date is Friday, December 22, 2023. And today is 2 Jan. i have a pending payment for adobe stock and it is still not reflected in my payoneer account. what the reason. 

Can I add keyword of 3 words like 'horse in desert'?

I have these three macro flower pictures that I took and I'm really not sure why they weren't accepted. These are not the actual images, these are screen captures, which is why they may look blurry. The originals that I uploaded are crystal clear. And they are large files, like 12MB+. I just don't understand why they were rejected.

Hi everyone, as is happening to many, they suspended my account, after about 2 weeks they replied:Your account was blocked after we noticed that you have submitted Generative Ai content that is not within our guidelines. You have submitted files that refer to famous artists, people, characters from popular culture, and/or other existing subjects such as video games in the image, title or keywords. We take intellectual property rights very seriously and your uploads are a violation of these rights and thus violate the upload guidelines. Your account will remain blocked until further notice----------from the answer it's only temporary, but they didn't give me a time frame, does anyone have experience with this? How long after did they reactivate the account? however this wild blocking policy is not nice at all, why don't you get notified about what you did wrong and even now I don't know what I sent to be blocked, isn't their job precisely to filter the images th

Vry ne  to Adobe stock - now even one photo through review except this one and 3 more that were rejected. It was suggested to post a photo here for peer revue. I am not sure why this photo was rejected but maybe someone here could take a look and provide feedback? 

Is it normal to have less sales in December's Last 10 Days? And January's first 10 days? By the way I don't have many assets for new year

This is my second adobe stock payment. I withdrew money from the contributor site to my paypal on December 22, 2023. Payment is still pending until today (03 January 2024) and the current status on the contributor site is "Pending"... What do I have to do?   Thank You ..

I'm not sure if I'm in the right place. I clicked the link for image quality and this is what popped up, but nothing indicates I'm in the right place. I'm going to continue and if I'm not in the right place please provide a link for me to post for image quality critique. I use AI to create my images. I just uploaded images and had 10 images rejected. The reason was for Image Quality, but it doesn't tell you what the quality issues are. Before posting here, I spent a good day and half trying to find the issues with the images. I even used an image analyzes tool to find the problem areas, but it indicated there were none. For upscaling images, I use TOPAZ Gigapixels. Sometimes I wonder if it isn't more about uploading the right subject vs. quality issues. Hello everyone, I have a question. I want to travel to another country for a short period. Can I open the website and continue selling when I move to a new country even though the account information says my country of origin. Will there be problems with the account?

Can I open my account in a country other than the one in which I registered my account?

Adobe did not accept 39 of my AI generated images (quality issues). I have singled out four pictures, so I would like to ask for help - what is the problem? Tnx     

https://www.upscayl.org/Did some experimenting and the results were as good as (and sometimes arguably better) than Gigapixel AI. It's free, though they do ask for donations. If you're on a Mac, use the DMG download link and NOT the Apple Store link, where you will be charged $12.99 (unless you're feeling generous). Upscales up to 16x's if you want to get crazy with it, but 4x's appears to be the default.

Is there any way to contact an individual contributor of Adobe Stock?

they're not in the "not accepted" or "releases" folders, either.  just straight up GONE. what's up with that??

It's been almost 4 months since I uploaded over 100 AI images, but I haven't received any response from the moderation team. What could be the problem? I followed all the rules that Adobe mentioned before submitting my assets. Someone here previously mentioned that the minimum wait time is 1-2 months or 1-3 months, so please don't tell me now that it's 1-4 months minimum. It's really frustrating. Five months ago, I uploaded some images and 19 of them were approved. However, after that, none of my submissions have been approved, and they are all still under review.
