Hi everyone, I submitted some photos made by myself and without the help of any AI whatsoever but Adobe refused them saying that AI had been used as well the photos of other artists. I´m pretty upset because this is not true and I´d like to know where can i complain about this misunderstanding

hy, mates..!i upscale images from upscalew website but it allow just 5 images to me tell any one suggest me a free website or application which i can download and spscale my images from it and one more thing...... how much dinemansion is best for photos  i upscale my photos from czn's laptop as he told me to do it from photoscape x is good app for upscaling images  my topic is that i upscale 50 photos from his laptop and upload them on my adobe account is there i face any rules issues problem from adobe or not??thankyou...!!!

When filling out metadata on the Adobe website, I can choose either one or all files on my iPad. How can I select multiple files? When will there be a convenient app for iPad or iPhone to upload and describe files on Adobe Stock?

Hello Adobe Stock Community, I'm writing today to discuss a concern I've been facing regarding my stock submission (generated Ai). It has been in the review section for quite a long time, some of the last reached to (1 month + 10 days). We know that Halloween is just around the corner, and my Halloween stock has been trapped in the review section currently spanning 24 days.I also wanted to bring up another matter. I've noticed that some AI-generated content related to the recent Hamas-Israel war has been uploaded to the platform, in such time how it is possible?Due to my limited understanding, I acknowledge that I could be wrong, but my main objective in writing this message is to get clarification and the right advice.

Hello,I got my first payout from Adobe Stock, now I have to get a real invoice für taxes in Germany.I wrote an email to the support before days, waited 40 minutes in support chat and wrote with 2 different people until the chat was closed with no answer, waited in tel support for minutes but no expert was available and I don't know what more I should do.I only need a invoice like the one I get from other adobe services.What should I do to get a invoice for my taxes?Best RegardsAndreas

I am confused about model releases. I have numerous photos of famous musicians performing. I cannot imageine that one must get model releases for them. Perhaps if tied to a product. But I would think other uses are just fine, no? And if so, how can I submit here without a release? Similar for deceased persons. No way to get a release so what can be done? Thanks for clarifying these things for me. ~Bob

The Adobe moderation team is really rising to the challenges presented by the inundation of submissions it is receiving. My submissions are starting to make their way much faster thru moderation. It is greatly appreciated and makes me very hopeful. Anyone else noticing this??

Hi adobe stock i want to know few things that according to policy picture submission can take up to 28 days but my pics are under review from 1 month and more, so how can i see the health of my account? and how can i figure out if my account running good or not? my downloading is very slow a single dowload after 2 to 3 weeks how can i increase this?

I can't log in to my Adobe account because every time I try to do so I get a message saying I need to sync with my Fotolia account. However, when I enter my login and password, I receive information that the account is already in use. Over and over again

HelloI uploaded a few weeks ago three pictures of the "chateau de Chenonceau" one of the severals french castles.These three pictures were accepted (and i sold one of them a few days after the acceptation ... so good ! )A few days ago, i realized these three pictures were in the "call back folder" of my gallerie because OWNER AUTHORIZATION NEEDED .There are 737 pictures of this castle on ADOBE STOCK (chateau de Chenonceau) and i m not sure ADOBE received 737 documents signed by the owner by the contributors !!!Why "my" three pictures were erased from my gallerie and not all the others ?These pictures were taken from a public place (not inside the castle like a lot of the pictures presents on adobe stock) , the architect oh this castle died more than 70 years ago (it allows to use pictures without any authorization), the pictures taken don't make troubles for the owner (so by the law, you can sold the pictures without authorization ), this castle is open for the visit to the tourist peo

Can someone tell me if there is a limit to the number of photos you can submit, per day, week month, any restrictions? I ask because I was submitting photos, then all of a sudden, I can fill out the info, yet it will not let me submit any more, any ideas? Thanks
