Hello everyone. I would like to share my experience.I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for several years, working hard and consistently uploading content until April 17th. On April 17th, my account was suddenly deactivated without any warnings or explanations. It simply said to contact support.Of course, I immediately reached out to support, but I only received an automated email with a ticket number. At the bottom of that email, there was a link to submit an appeal. I submitted the appeal, but here is the issue: while a regular support request at least gives you a ticket number (so you know it’s in the system), the appeal process provides absolutely nothing. No confirmation, no tracking number. I don't even know if I submitted it correctly, if I need to do something else, or if I just need to wait. Hi, I have some concerns about my AI submissions. Over 50% were rejected for quality issues and oversupply in the collection. Could you clarify what specific technical standards I’m missing or how I can make my content more unique?I am concerned that this high rejection rate might negatively affect my portfolio or lead to an account suspension. Since I generated and upscaled these images using Adobe Firefly, I would like to ensure that I am following the guidelines correctly. I'm experiencing a severe loss in image quality when uploading to Adobe Stock. The photos look high-quality in my mobile gallery, but the quality degrades drastically upon upload. What could be the issue? Please note that I am already upscaling my images beyond the minimum size. what can I do in this situation?

I’m Shamima from Bangladesh, and I’ve been trying for over 6 days to verify my phone number on my Adobe account ([Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]) to complete my registration as an Adobe Stock Contributor. Unfortunately, I keep getting the same error message: “An error occurred while performing this action.” I’ve followed every possible troubleshooting step on my end, including all the recommendations I received from AdobeCare via X (Twitter). Here’s everything I’ve tried so far: 1. Used multiple devices — desktop, laptop, and smartphone. 2. Tested in different browsers — Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. 3. Tried incognito/private windows in all browsers. 4. Cleared browser cache and cookies. 5. Used both VPN and no VPN — same result in both cases. 6. Tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data connections. 7. I am trying to learn how to contribute to Adobe Stock. I took these 2 photos of a characteristic Australian scene that presented itself, and they look sharp and well composed to me. I would be happy to use them myself. I searched for Kookaburra on clothes line and got 52 results. Mine were not too similar to the others.Can anyone suggest what is wrong with these photos? (It only seems to allow me to attach one photo, but I submitted one in portrait mode as well)

Is a picture of termite damaged wood too common a category? I submitted one and it got rejected due to "similar content"...Scracthing my head a bit here because I don't understand the threshold for a picture to be too similar to the rest.

Olá a todos, eu sou uma nova contribuidora no Adobe stock e uso principalmente o telemovel Redmi. Recentemente a totalidade das 27 fotos que enviei foram rejeitadas, devido a problemas de qualidade.  Sendo assim, gostaria que me pudessem dar a vossa opinião , o que devo corrigir.  Quais são as minhas falhas, nas imagens que aqui postar e quais os recursos que posso utilizar para melhorar as mesmas.? É possivel usar Upscayl ou Lightroom sem infringir o senso? Eu ponho muito do meu coração nas fotos , mas gostava muito de aprender ,  evoluir. Sou eu e o meu  telemovel Redmi .  Obrigada Rosa de Santa Teresinha Margarida Lilásameixeira em flormargarida ao solburnt orange rubber texture

Hello.Rejection of AI-generated images has become so commonplace that I’ve just come to accept it.However, what I would like to inquire about this time is "Stock Video."Lately, for ‘Quality Issue’ reasons, almost 100% of AI-generated stock videos are being rejected. I think I’ve submitted nearly 100, but only about one is accepted.At first, I thought the policy might have changed so that AI-generated videos wouldn't be accepted at all, but seeing that one was accepted, I’m starting to wonder if there is something more to it…The problem is that whenever I submit a video, it is rejected almost immediately—without a moment's hesitation—within a few minutes. I suspect that the video might be technically lacking, so I would like to ask for your opinions.I have attached some of the rejected videos. Please take a look and offer your help.Thank you.

I created an image using AI to help me solve my problem. I created the prompt that needed to create that image, but all my images were rejected as similar content.

Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection.Why won’t they just put what the actual reason is?   Will you please review and let me know what is not meeting their quality standards?

After engaging on this forum and trying to be more selective in my uploads to avoid the dreaded “quality issues” quick rejection.  The result was one of my worst upload percentages yet in terms of what made it through.  For the first pic, I assume the power lines are a no-go.  Will any pic with power lines get rejected?For the second, is it a lighting issue?  white balance? Both were re-sized for upload 

I uploaded my first batch of photos and they were denied for quality issues. I thought each was not over edited, focused, a quality image. I did use the denoise tool in Lightroom also. Any insight is appreciated. I would love for the denial to have more specific information…but I guess that would be too easy lol. Is it possible it is metadata included in my Lightroom export? This photo was rejected for “quality issues,” and I’d really appreciate honest feedback.I’m trying to understand what the main problem is: focus, lighting, exposure, print quality of the answer sheet, composition, or overall commercial value.The concept is an exam answer sheet with a pencil marking a multiple choice answer. I thought the idea was clear, but maybe the printed sheet looks too low quality or the image is not sharp enough.Is this something fixable in post, or not worth saving?This is a real photo, not AI-generated.Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi everyone,I wanted to check if anyone else has recently experienced a noticeable drop in downloads and earnings on Adobe Stock.Over the past period, I’ve seen a significant decline in performance. What makes it more unusual is that my content on other platforms continues to perform at a similar level, without the same drop.In addition, my weekly ranking has changed quite a bit — it has gone from around the 700–800 range to approaching 2000 within a few months, which seems like a substantial shift.I also want to note that I’ve been consistently uploading and updating my portfolio on a daily basis, so there hasn’t been any slowdown in activity on my side.As far as I can tell, everything on my account appears normal, so I’m wondering if this could be related to general platform fluctuations, search ranking adjustments, or visibility changes rather than anything account-specific.I understand that ups and downs are part of the process, but the sudden nature of this decline made me curious
