Stock Contributors

Hi, I am new as a contributor and I am still not sure why some video’s are accepted and others are not. I put three examples as an attachment. I resized them so I was able to put them here. I guess it has to do with that the faster movements are not smooth? Grateful for feedback!Thanks, Yantra

As I have over 2000 images accepted by Adobe I don’t get bothered much by rejections (unlike in the early days hehe). I just look at them, fix them, bin them or submit elsewhere. Lately though I have had two images rejected for quality reasons - they were instantly rejected so it would have been AI - and I suspect that the problem lies with AI rather than the image, either conflating/confusing what it’s looking at or appraising the wrong subject. (I am happy to be wrong, btw, as that would mean I have a chance of fixing things, whereas I have no chance against a dodgy AI). Both images are macro shots, one a bee on a flower, one a bird on a flower and described as such. The image here has been cropped from 4000 x 6000 down to 4000x3284 to fit under 5mg. The inflorescence pointing toward the camera is out of focus but it is a photo of the bird. Your constructive feedback, please.

Hello Adobe Support & Community Managers, My Stock Contributor account [removed by moderator[ was deactivated shortly after I requested a payout via Payoneer. My support tickets submitted via the Contributor Contact Form were closed without a response. I believe the account was flagged automatically during the payout check due to a name mismatch: 1. Model/Property Releases: Older uploaded files contain releases signed under my former last name. 2. Payout Details: My Payoneer account and current ID use my new legal last name following a legal name change. All uploaded content belongs entirely to me. I have all official supporting documents ready. Could an Adobe Staff member or Compliance team member please review my case and provide a secure way for me to submit my verification documents? Thank you for your help. 

Hello Adobe Support Team and Community Managers, I am writing this post to request urgent assistance regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account, which has been under manual compliance review for over 3 months since August 19.  My reference Case ID is: ADB-46720143-L3S7.  I have tried following up through email previously, but I have not received any response or updates so far. My account remains deactivated/under review, and I am unable to proceed with my work.  Could a moderator or support team member please check the status of this case, help escalate it, and assist me in getting my account reviewed and restored?  Thank you very much for your time and help.

Hi everyone, I’m new to Adobe Stock, and several of my photos were rejected for quality issues. I’ve read the guidelines, but I’m having trouble identifying the specific problems. I’ve attached a few examples and would appreciate any feedback on what I could improve. Thank you! 

I am trying to create an Adobe Stock Contributor account from Sri Lanka, but I am unable to receive the SMS verification code on my phone number.I have tried requesting the verification code, but I still haven't received any SMS. Because of this issue, I cannot complete the registration process.Could someone please confirm whether Sri Lankan phone numbers are currently supported for Adobe Stock Contributor registration? Hi All. Any thoughts on why my images were rejected for quality? I know the one with the flower bed is soft in the foreground and background. The traffic lights are the focus. Could that have caused the whole batch to be rejected. Or are they underexposed? They are old photos shot as JPGS (I now shoot RAW) so I tried to go light with the processing. Just trying to understand Adobe’s standards as a new contributor. Thanks! 

 I have a few of pictures that are labeled as "Quality issues". Some I understand that could be that, but a few of unusual artistic sort of pictures were rejected as well but some are still considering others that are similar.None of my pictures / photos has been modified or AI generated. I have actually taken them with my DSLR with my technic.So, my questions is, I guess, how the photos are determined if it is artistic or not? So I could maybe create more according to those standards. Thank in advance!

Some submissions are accepted within the first few days, while many others are subsequently rejected as "Similar Content."I carefully select my images before uploading and try to avoid repetitive compositions. Hello everyone,On 16 October 2026, I received an email from Adobe informing me that my Adobe Stock Contributor account had been deactivated due to "suspicious activity".I contacted Adobe Contributor Support through the official contact form on the same day, requesting clarification about the reason for the suspension.I received an automated acknowledgement with a case number (ADB-47577389-J0W3), but as of today, 29 October 2026, I have received no further response, and my account remains blocked.I still have no idea what triggered this decision or whether my account is being reviewed.Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is there any way to escalate this case or get a response from Adobe Contributor Support?Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.Vitor

Hi, I need help with my contributor account. Original case ADB-47464404-X5J5 (Multiple account approval request, submitted 2026-10-08) has had no reply for over 3 weeks. Follow-up case ADB-47669816-H3D4 was submitted 2026-10-22, also no reply. My new Adobe ID yating020@gmail.com was flagged as a duplicate account, but my old Adobe ID 456maple@gmail.com is still a valid, verified Adobe ID — only its contributor account was deactivated. I just need one working contributor account: either restore the old one, or approve the new ID and permanently close the old contributor account. Please help escalate these two cases. Thank you.

I have made quite a few rubber stamp text effect illustrations (png), all of them made from the same pattern, high resolution (6 900 X 3 400 px, 300 ppi). Some of the accepted ones were even of slightly lower quality than these two. I made some in english and in french. (these are in french (officiel)). The ones in french have been rejected whereas they are of the same quality as all the accepted ones (many of them), even better because I vectorized them before saving them, like I did with servral accepted ones.I do not get it. Why would the other ones be accepted and these two not ? I made them a second time from scratch to be sure they were OK.  Some of the accepted ones are even of slightly lower quality.???

Huinnyeoul Coastal Tunnel, Busan, South KoreaThis is the original image with no post-processing.It was taken with a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 and submitted at 2048 × 2048 pixels.The tunnel is a tourist spot in Busan, and the main subject is the view of the sea and Busan cityscape through the tunnel.What do you think is the main reason this image was rejected?Is it softness, noise, exposure, composition, or something else? 2. I think Adobe should find another reason to reject photos instead of randomly citing “quality issues”.A simple “No, we’re not interested” would be fine, because non-existent quality issues lead to frustration for the photographer and cast doubt on the evaluators’ actual competence.Actually, sometimes they use “Similar content in our collection”, but it’s a bit strange that you can find nearly two millions of “Pink rose” but they discarded my “Squat lobster” even if they only have 600 or a small fish called Royal gramma with only 300 occurrences…Anyways, I’d like to share these additional rejections (quality issues) that I’ve attached:Leopard in high-keyMoray eel Nudibranch BatfishI’d like to discuss them with you, if you like.P.S.
