Greetings, I am new to the community. Can I be an Adobe Stock contributor from Venezuela? I ask the community so as not to get a surprise later, and if positive, what is the payment method? I registered because I consulted several sources and they said yes, but I want direct confirmation from the source.

Hi everyone, I am a bit lost because I've submitted an image created with AI and I've ticked the box (generated with AI) and I also ticked the box saying that the person represented doesn't exist (she's fictive). However the image was recalled saying that I need to attach an authorization from this person. ...Did I miss something? I've attached the image so you can see. This image is entirely created by AI, I did not use any name of a real person in the prompt or whatsover. I've submitted this image about five weeks ago, but surprinsingly that was not the first image I've sent. However that was the first image that has been reviewed. I'm precising that point because I assumed that the review would work in FIFO (first in, first out) but it seems that is not the case, at least with the images I've submitted. It's my first image ever reviewed by Adobe (Honestly I feel a little bit like celebrating, especially because I did not think this would happen before December-Ja

Hello Adobe Community, I am looking for some insights into the state of Adobe Stock as it regards contributors. While I contribute to a few different stock sites I am not comparing Adobe to those but rather to the Adobe of a year ago, perhaps even six months ago. While I am not a big seller on Adobe I do have a sale or two on most days. I am wondering a couple things: Have acceptances for Creative become much more stringent over the course of these past 6 – 12 months? While it used to take 3-5 days for a photo to be reviewed, it now can take up to 4 weeks or more. Is this due to the heavy influx of AI? If that is the case, are AI and Creative images reviewed by the same moderators, or are AI images reviewed by a separate team? My suspicion is that they are not reviewed separately and that may be the reason for such long waiting periods. If so, any way of knowing if Adobe will establish a separate review team for AI moderation? Or maybe hire more moderators

The Adobe guidelines says " ... meet the Adobe Stock minimum file size requirement of 4 megapixels. Use the Enhance tool in Lightroom to increase the original file size, but don’t go beyond 6 to 8 megapixels." But isn't that a rather small image ..? I believe that images usually are almost 20 megapixels - e.g. 5.000 x 3.500 pixels? Do I misunderstand something?

Can I sell the work produced by Firefly to Adobe Stock?

Today, I "created" my first Adobe Firefly image, it turned out beautifully. I would like to know, can I publish it in my book with correct Attribution to Adobe? I uploaded around 20 Ai-generated images on my Adobe stock account in April 2023. When I was uploading the AI images I checked the "Adobe Stock AI Images Upload Guidelines". In the guidelines, Adobe mentioned that we must include "Generative AI" in our title and keywords. so I did the same and my all files were approved. Now again I'm uploading some new AI-generated images and checking the Adobe stock guidelines about AI image uploading. So now Adobe is saying "Don't add 'generative AI' to titles and keywords. The checkbox "Created by using generative AI tools" classifies your image as a generative AI image. So my question is should I delete my old AI images that I uploaded on Adobe stock with "AI generative" keywords in the title and keywords according to old Adobe stock guidelines or there is no need to worry about that? Will that "Ai Generative" keyword in my title and keywords of old Ai images affect my account in any way or not? Kind Regards.

The following photo is one of a batch that was rejected for not meeting quality standards. It is 8 meg, seems clearly focused to me, and is unmodified. I'm confused by how to adjust my submissions to get more acceptence. Can someone look at it and tell me why it got rejected?

Hello Adobe Support, I have received email saying "account has appeared in the context of highly irregular sales activities, the account will remain blocked until further notice" May I know how much maximum time is required for investigation and further notice?  

Sir/mam, I am facing the account login issues because of your mistake.Please do investigate because I am uploading files since 2020.In these year, I never violate any term and conditions. Today, I am facing "validation status issue". Please investigate that who created issues for me without any issues. Hi Everyone, I have been trying to upload some videos in batches. The second batch (6 videos) this morning unfortunately did not end up on my adobe contributor submittal page. The batch before worked perfectly fine. I was wondering if one of you has some experience with this error and how to solve it- do I just wait, or do I upload again? I tried the latter, which did not work, and i really do not want to overload the storage or something in that direction. Many thanks in advance, and have a lovely monday! 

I have some submissions that are over two months old still waiting for review. The banner says it can take up to 4 weeks so what is going on ? 

Hello Dear I need your help. I'm old contributor with adobestock. My account has validations status issue. I don't know why my account has been blocked. I have exclellent sales in freepik, shutterstock, adobestock and pngtree. I'm professional vector artist.I'm just requesting to unblock my account. I have never tried to break the rules. If I have any voilation that must be unintentionally or mistakenly. Please help me. I have sent an email but I didn't get a reply. 

I'm new as an Adobe Stock Contributor. It has been a struggle so far. I was wondering how to market My Portfolio ?  When I say My Portfolio, I'm talking about the My Portfolio link on my contributor dashboard.
