Hey, could anyone lend me a hand? My account ended up getting temporarily blocked over a copyright violation, but the thing is, I didn't actually break any rules. It seems there was a mistake in my title. I reached out to the support team via email, explaining the situation, but unfortunately, I haven't received a reply in the past 20 days. I'm kind of stuck here and not sure how to proceed. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
I have a question about characters / works in the public domain. Can you post illustrations of Cthulhu or Jane Austen characters or Moby Dick? All of these are in the public domain not under any sort of copyright, but where does this fall under Adobe's stock image terms?
Hi, friendsToday, 9/1/2023, I was unable to access my contributor account. I have not violated any Adobe policies. I have always followed all the guidelines that the Adobe provide. There is a pending payment and several images for sale and under review. This lock makes no sense.any tips to solve the problem? or does anyone have any contacts from the distributor account team that can help me?
I create video backgrounds meant for streamers. Is it within Adobe's terms to use the name of the platforms that people might use these on as keywords? (eg. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc?)
Like I created my account few months ago . I posted some of my content to see how it goes . You know what its been long wait for me, almost 2 months and nothing happened . Then I deleted some I thought there must be quality issue with them then I submitted other which were already waiting to be submitted . But they rejected 6 contents and accepted 0 . Then I thought once again I must have quality issue . I deleted most of them again and currently my 3 content are in review list for 2 months and rest 48 contents from last 12 days . And 643 in a waiting list because amount to be submitted is just 51. SO now am curious is it usual that it take so long for content to be reviewed ? or am just posting poor quality content that team doesn't bother it to review ? Asking because my 643 more content in wait list just because submitted content is not being reviewed from last 2 motnhs . I can't post ss of my content here some may do pliagrism since its not availible in market yet.
I am submitting file two months ago. But now it is pending. How to solve it?

Hello Adobe Community!I hope all of you are doing well. I'm excited to be a new member of the Adobe Stock Seller community. Last month, I submitted a collection of 25 meticulously crafted vector artworks. I'm thrilled that 23 out of the 25 pieces have been successfully approved. However, I'm quite intrigued by the rejection of the remaining 2 artworks. I'm eager to learn and grow, so I'm reaching out to understand what might have led to their rejection. I sincerely want insights into any missteps or shortcomings that might have caused this outcome.Your expertise is incredibly valuable to me, and I'm genuinely interested in avoiding similar mistakes in my future submissions. Your guidance would greatly contribute to my growth as an artist within the Adobe Stock community.Thank you all in advance for your time and assistance. I'm eagerly looking forward to your feedback!Warm regards, Aroosha
So most weeks i will have all my weekly 25 images approved then around 1 week per month all 25 images will be rejected under "quality" so definately something odd going on with the reviewers, its as if they reject one then cannot be bothered with reviewing the others, so just reject them all. Adobe need to sort out the reviews or be specific per image for rejections, other large agencies you can email someone and they will review the rejection and then approve if deemed appropiate.
Hello! In my most recent batch of reviewed files, several were rejected with the following message: Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately we were unable to process your file. Please contact us for more information. I have no idea why the images were rejected, and I don't know who to "contact" to find out. Any ideas? Thanks!
The guideline mentioned from the update on August 23rd addresses the copying of prompts used by other artists for generating AI images. If you write a prompt like "apple on the branch of a tree," which is a realistic description, and if many artists have already used this prompt and generated images based on it, it's not a direct violation of the guideline to use it as well. The intention is to avoid directly copying unique and creative prompts that individual artists have come up with. However, if i use a more common prompt like "apple, banana, or tomato on a white background," it might not be a direct copy of another artist's prompt since it's a general and common concept? The guideline primarily aims to prevent the reuse of distinct and specific prompts that are creative and unique to a particular artist's work.
I am a contributor, member and seller on Adobe. I made a request for the withdrawal of the fee, and have been waiting for the tenth day. In support I can not get help and a clear answer!
Hi,I read complaints on another forum that, in addition to the long waiting time, many more photos are rejected. That is also the case with me. I can accept that Adobe have become stricter with checking. But I also have a photo of a tower, two photos of bridges in the Dutch city of Middelburg, and a windmill in the city of Veere, which were rejected because the photos resemble photos I've already submitted. While these are the only photos. I was even in those cities for the first time in my life!!!The first and last two photos in the overview of rejected photos. I have read this complaint before. How is this possible?Regards Thijs The Netherlands
Buenas tardes, pido su ayuda para comentar los errores en estas tres fotos por favor. Me las rechazaron por problemas de calidad. Gracias!
So, when I submitting editorial images, I must click checkbox, that there are no trademarks and logotypes in my images. Is Adobe confused about the wording or have they stopped accepting editorial with logos and trademarks?
Hello, I hope to reply I want to understand what is the difference between editorial content and commercial content and when do we use editorial content and when do we use commercial content
My account is registered in the United States, but my current physical location is Sri Lanka. I'm not sure how this discrepancy occurred, but I now need to update my account's location to Sri Lanka. This change is necessary so that I can accurately update my address and tax information. I've attempted to resolve this issue by reaching out to the support chat. An agent tried to assist me by creating a trial version of a product on my account in an effort to change the location, but unfortunately, this approach did not work as intended. Furthermore, I've also sent an email to the contributor support email address. However, I have yet to receive a response. I remain hopeful that they will get back to me soon. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation?
Hi, I received an email from Michelle Haarhoff of the Adobe Team 20 days ago, stating that my account was temporarily blocked because I had submitted Generative AI content that did not adhere to their guidelines. The email read:"Your account was temporarily blocked after we noticed that you had submitted Generative AI content that is not within our guidelines. Once you review these terms, simply respond back to this message confirming your willingness to remove and make any necessary corrections to your portfolio, so we can reinstate your account again."On the same day, I sent a response apologizing for my mistake and assuring them that I would remove any images that violated their guidelines. However, my account is still blocked. When can I expect it to be reinstated?
Hello! Tried to log in to my contributor account on Adobe stock and saw this message "Your account has a validation status issue. You should contact us". If I understand right, my account is blocked now and I don't know the reason. And also I have money on my account and I can't withdraw it, because I can see only this message and nothing else. I contacted a support, but I received no answer. how long will it take to resolve this situation? And where I can find the reason of block?I built my portfolio for about two years, I add new illustrations regularly and now I can't add new works, so now I can't sell, no one see my works and can't buy it. And if you don't add works for some time it is not really good for portfolio.
HelloMy account is blocked. I send generated illustrations for verification and always indicate that this is artificial intelligence, as it is written in your rules. If you need any releases for my work, I am fully prepared to provide. I use Midjourney and I guarantee that I have never used photos of other people or illustrations of other designers for generation, I can prove this officially for each of my work.Of course, I am ready to delete all files that do not suit you in your collection or provide all the necessary releases. How long does this blocking of the account last and will it be unblocked?I responded to the email as soon as I received it.Thanks
I can't find a place in my contributor account to change my e-mail addy for moderation/payment updates. The correct addy shows in my Adobe account profile but doesn't seem to apply to my contributor profile. TIA.
I use MidJourney to create all of my images. To date, MidJourney has been able to produce fantastic images in a photographic style. It seems that every time I upload a photo-style image, it triggers an unexpected response. I made sure to check off the appropriate boxes indicating that I was submitting an AI-generated image, yet I receive follow-up questions regarding the authenticity of my upload. This left me perplexed with certain uncertainties. Since I am the creator of the art using MidJourney, do I still need to submit a release form? Is my checking off the boxes indicating that the art I'm submitting was created by me and is equivalent to me stating, "Hey, I'm releasing the AI-generated art I created"? Or am I completely wrong in that assumption? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
I had an account in the Payoneer payment system, but now I have changed my account to a new one in the Payoneer system and cannot change the address when withdrawing moneyhow to do it? how to change data?
I have more than 200 designs under revision for more than 2 months. The files are not being reviewed and no reply is given to the mail. I don't understand exactly where the problem is.
Currently I'm submitting 4326x2400 px 300ppi images, where I'm keeping a sharp focus and balanced colors in the composition. Are there any other image benchmarks I should be aware of?
