Content creators often need assets 4-6 months ahead to allow ample lead time for preparation, approval & revisions. Timing is everything. Stock artists should plan seasonal assets well-ahead so content creators will see your assets when they need them. Owing to longer review queues this year more than ever, you should plan accordingly. If you haven't done so already, prepare your Christmas & New Years assets now so you're not late to the party. On average, Photos & Vector Graphics are reviewed in the order received within 5 -15 business days.Illustrations & Generative AI could take 1 -3 months due to the immense backlog of AI submissions.
I have tried multiple times now to get a Model Release sorted for some images I want to upload that contain a model. She gets the model release to sign fine and then when I check on the progress, it says EMAIL BOUNCED.I've tried contacting support a number of time and just get cut off which is really annoying. I've spent hours trying to get this resolved. How do I get to chat to an actual person who can check the email address that is being used as the one on my account is correct.
hi all, any idea on how to join the moderation team to review the images submitted by the contributors in Adobe Stock? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi, I am an Adobe Stock Contributor with a year of experience. I have submitted photos that have been rejected because similar photos have already been submitted. The four rejected photos are completely different photos of landscapes, food, and bedding, all of which are the first photos I have submitted. For what reason would my first photo be rejected on the grounds that it has already been submitted?I don't know what kind of photos to submit if they will continue to be rejected for such a mysterious reason.
I am a contributor, my account has been blocked, I have contacted your staff, Arina Sivakova, but nothing got done to resolve the issue,Kind regards,Olga Barilo
Hi everyone! Am I the only one who's waitting approbation for my illustrations for 6 weeks?!? I think it's a very long time...maybe my account has a problem. has it ever happened to you? thanks for your feedback!
hi. I uploaded a photo to Adobe Stock. But after 5 days, it was not approved."Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, during our review we found that it's similar to another image(s) you've already uploaded, so we can't accept it into our collection.Images must be different enough to provide additional value to our customers. We can't accept more than three color variations of the same image or similar images, and models must appear in different situations or with different expressions to be considered. Please be selective and submit only the very best from each image series." But I haven't uploaded this photo to Adobe Stock before, or any photos like that. I had previously uploaded only one photo which was not approved due to low quality. And it was not like this photoI would be grateful if you could help me
Hola. Quisiera conocer los motivos exactos del rechazo de las fotografías adjuntas. Muchas gracias.
Hi community, I submitted my first batch of photos, and all were rejected based on Quality. I can understand some of them, but a few seem OK to me, so I would like to better understand the issue. Thanks for the feedback! Casey
Greetings! Dear experts, please, can you understand why 1 photo of these 2 was accepted and the second was not accepted. I really can not understand how it works on Adobe Stock. Thank you. What photo was declined can you guess?
Hi, I have a Nikon D850. I edit them in capture one pro and then put the 100% size JPG in Lightroom and in Stocks I pick up the folder to upload. I use prophoto rgb. Is that the problem or what is the problem? The pictures are very sharp, high mega pixel and great quality. Still nearly all my pictures were denied. I don't get it.BestTimur
I love sunsets. Everyone does. Evidently, Stock Contributors think that every sunset is worthy of acceptance because they are in short supply. Or maybe they think that their sunset is so special it will outsell 28 million other sunsets that Adobe Stock has in current inventory. The cold, hard truth is this. If your sunset is accepted, the likelihood that anyone will see it, much less buy it, is between 2% and zero, favoring heavily on zero. Keep that in mind the next time you consider submitting a sunset. Adobe Stock Sunsets Can we find something other than sunsets to photograph? A resounding yes! Look around you. Planet Earth is rich with diversity -- rocks, minerals, fungi, plants, foods, animals, birds, fish, insects, people, places, architecture, tools, technology, musical instruments, you name it, the list goes on and on... It isn't hard to find other subjects to photograph because they're everywhere. &nb
I just received a notification and email from Adobe and they are paying $1 for each selected asset. previously it was $5. notification: You’ve got 130 eligible assets that could earn you up to $130 upfront if selected for the free collection. ($1.00 per selected asset). Can anybody help me to understand this notification?
I'm having trouble understanding what's happening. They've rejected some of my photos
...behind letting us edit keywords, titles, categories, etc. AFTER images are accepted as opposed to before? Yes, I know we can delete an image and make any changes again, but the way it seems now, if could allow people to add unnecessary keywords, change titles drastically, and so forth.
The images doesn't meet our quality standards. These are not AI generatives. I just want to learn from erors.
Hello, My account was blocked on March 9. I'm still trying to get my account back. However, on March 1, I asked for payment for my past sales. But I still haven't been paid. Could there be a situation with my account being blocked? After all, I requested payment 1 week ago. I'll be happy if you can help me.
Are these AI-generated pictures being rejected due to the out-of-focus background? Any advice regarding this matter would be highly appreciated.
So last month I uploaded about 10 Vector files to Adobe Stock. All none AI, all hand made. After the review took about 2-3 Days, 8 of the EPS-Files got rejected (due to quality issues, as it states).I asked someone who's longer in the stock publishing game and he couldn't find any issues with the files.I tried to reach out to support via email and ask what exactly the issue with the rejected files was, but I got no response at all.So I moved on and uploaded another bunch of Vector graphics and now they're in the review since 15 days!Is this a kind of punishment or so? Again, this is all not AI made Stuff, all from the ground up self made vector images straight from Adobe Illustrator. This is kind of frustrating. Please, help!
My portfolio is only showing one free asset , the other assets are not showing whenever i click the link on the contributor account it shows the page not found / doesn't exist . Please help 🥺
