Can you explain me why rejected i really dont know why ?

Hi there, I'm in the process of getting my first batch of images accepted but I am having trouble getting the ones with property releases approved. The property releases are for AI generated people. They appear to me to be correctly filled out but the relevant images are being put on hold. I wanted to ask adobe stock support in email what the problem is but it looks like they might not offer that option. I'll attach how my form is filled out sans my information. If anyone is able to assist I would appreciate it greatly. Thank you.

Hello! My works have been hanging on inspection for a very long time, more than two weeks! When will they be checked?

Buenas.Escribo porque tengo esa duda. Hay fotos que según las subo están confirmadas al día siguiente, pero tengo otras que llevan 11 días en revisión para ver si son aceptadas o no. Esto es posible?

Hello there. It has been 11 days since I submitted my first photos to my Adobe Stock account as a contributor and they still remain in review without seeing any decision. As a new contributor just wondering if it is normal that takes that long or there is something wrong on my account. Which is the correct time frame for the regular photo posting tasks, as in my opinion I believe more than 10 days is too much.Please, any tip, recomendation or decision about this matter will be very helpful to me.Kind Regards!

Hi everyone,  I uploaded a couple of images to Adobe Stock Images and it hasn not been reviewed yet. It's been 13 days since submission.  Can someone please check it out? 

I create new images thinking in stock since I was shooting: special care using tripod, ligth and the process in Lr. But again some images was rejected. I can not see which technical issues are present in these.

Con más de 10.000 fotos aceptadas creo que ya he aprendido que tipo de fotografías valen y cuales no.Si embargo, desde hace más o menos un mes, me rechazan casi el 90% de las fotografías por "falta de calidad", eso unido al retraso que llevan en la revisión.Sabe alguien que pasa? ya que en otra agencia hace unos meses pusieron a una IA que las rechazaba todas y si las subías varias veces las acababa cogiendo cuando las revisiaba una persona.Como ejemplo me han rechazado las que adjunto y no entiendo el por qué.SaludosJosé Luis

Hello!It seems that something has recently broken the "Export as CSV" functionality.I'm downloading my statistics by selecting Activity for a period of dates between the 1st of January 2023 and 7th of May 2023, and then press Export, but get CSV file only with records after 16th of February.Previously it worked fine and allowed me to download all records for a selected date range. It was perfectly what I needed. Now it is paging CSV and splitting it allowing me to download stats for the current page only.Does anyone know the reason for this change? Is it a bug or feature? and how am I supposed to get data for the whole year if I want?

I generated some images with an AI, post-processed them, and then uploaded them to Adobe Stock. Now a model release is required from me. I have written in the model release that I can't get a signature for from a fictitious person and thus tried a release again. Unfortunately it was rejected again. I have to assume a strong disinclination to work on the part of the Adobe employee here.From this I contacted support via chat and was directed to the "Surabhi". I strongly suspect that this is also the employee in question, because he was more than just unfriendly from the beginning! After he clearly "played dumb" and let me explain the situation several times, he disconnected the chat contact. I tried again, was again redirected to the same department via chat. And in this waiting area I am now for a few hours.This is extremely interesting behavior. I would be very grateful for an explanation....   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

      

I'm a collaborator and I work with photos of free-living animals in nature. No manipulation of the animal or photos in captivity. I had some photos rejected for graininess. I didn't understand the reason for the rejection since it didn't change the quality of the image. All images have grain, this is natural. I suggest you review this image screening policy, I've recently been receiving information from you about images created with AI. I've never worked with aI and I don't even know how to use it. I don't even use Photoshop. I only use Lightroom to adjust the light sometimes. Review your policy at screening time. Certainly whoever does this has never worked in an open environment. I don't work in a studio with a controlled environment. Thanks

I applied for payout on 1st may 2023 but still today I didn't receive my money on PayPal account 

hello, 18 days ago I uploaded 175 images and they are still not confirmed, does anyone know why? how long does it take to confirm new images now?

Today, a single customer made a bulk download of around 120 images. Is it typical or unusual?

I submitted some pattern illustrations, more than a month went on, they're still not reviewed (NOTE:I haven't checked the AI check box and also these aren't AI generated ones)

Hello! Please help me I get this somedays : "Account validation issue Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us." I was registering at adobe stock as a contributor 2 days ago, you approved my id, and my tax form, and some of my works...then today when I am logged in, and go to sell, or try to upload my new works I see this :  "Account validation issue. Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us." What is this, what is the problem, please help me, I am waiting for your anwser!

I want to use AI-generated content in my illustrations, but I don't want to trace the whole picture and just upload it to AdobeStock, I want to take individual elements from the AI pictures and rework them significantly in a vector. Do I have the right to do this?

hej, mój problem polega na tym, że każde zdjęcie, które robię, jest odrzucane, kiedyś tak nie było, ale zdałem sobie sprawę, że wszystkie odrzucone zdjęcia były przetwarzane w Lightroom Mobile lub są odrzucane przez Lithroom.mówi, że zostało odrzucone z powodu jakości zdjęcia, przesyłam zdjęcie, które zostało odrzucone z tego powodu   [Moderator poprawił błąd formatu HTML].
