Hi can you tell me what is reason of the sale less in the other weeks"?

Hello ! I'm a bit confused, I create an account in 2021 and upload some photo. Few times later in 2022-2023, I connect to my account (with the same email address) but my name changed and there were no photos on this account. I can still find my photos uploaded in 2021 without been connected. The photo and the user corespond to what I created back in 2021 But there is no way I can reach them.

Hi everyone, I am currently uploading some new footage that have people, therefore, I have made releases for each person. The problem is happening each time I try to upload the releases. The same message is showing every time I try to upload. This is the error message: It is very strange since two weeks ago I have uploaded some other releases without encountering this problem. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection. Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise.   [Topic edited by moderator for clarity.]

Hello. A month ago, I submitted images for review, but they still have not been approved or deleted. They just remained in the "pending review" status. When I try to contact the operator, they redirect me to another operator, and then they write that everyone is busy. Is there something wrong with my account?

My images take a long time to review.I uploaded the first image on April 10. A week later 8 of them were accepted, within a week about 4 more images were accepted. The rest are still hanging there. I now have over 60 images that are still being reviewed. I wanted to ask why they are taking so long to be reviewed. How much time should pass before they are accepted.I also wanted to ask. What is the difference between the images in the releases tab? Are the 12 images I've had accepted that are images for sale? What is the purpose of the releases tab?

Cant find the reason to these technical errors!!

A quick update to let you know that as promised, we have added a search filter for generative AI images for Adobe Stock customers.This can be discovered in the filter panel on the left of the search results.It is very important if you are submitting images created with generative AI software, that you click the check box when indexing to confirm it is generative AI. I received feedback that my AI-generated image was rejected due to noise and artifacts. I would appreciate guidance on how to improve the image quality to avoid such rejections in the future, thank you.    

Hi Adobe community.. I've been contributing for roughly six months or so now.  Reasonably "good record" with submissions / acceptances (I think).  Recently though - I submitted four images on different topics (all science and tech related though) and all four came back with "Data Issue" - I've attached a screen grab below.  The description of this hold basically says essentially that the image is OK but there is an issue with keywording or title - and gives little else guidance.  Furthermore it gives me the opportunity to correct this and resubmit. That's all nice but problem is I don't know what to correct, this looks fine to me and seems consistent with all the other hundred images or so I've submitted / Adobe accepted in this past six months. Any guidance?  I've attached the image and the submissions response. Thanks!

Hello. I have an important question, can I find out why the pictures I upload to Adobe Stock pass the control for more than 15 days sometimes and 20 days. So I try hard to be active in uploading pictures for sale actively in time, but it is very, very difficult to pass the control to accept the pictures. Why so hard? What is the reason?
