Hi,I have over 1294 image that have been approved and have sold 1 images. But when I log in as a buyer and search for them I can not find any of my images. Is there something I have done? Why can't I find them? Is there a wway to talk to a person about this problem? I can't find a support phone number.

Hello.  I uploaded two images to Adobe Stock last December. Both confirmed but not appearing. I did title and keyword based searches. I still couldn't see it. what could be the problem?

Could I please have the instructions for The W-8 tax form regarding Canadian contributors.I got it once but I can't seem to get them again since I accidently clicked them off. My submissions are getting rejected due to quality issues but I'm not sure about which aspect of the picture should be fixed. Any suggestions would be welcomed, thank you. I'm attaching one such picture below.  

Hallo zusammen, in letzter Zeit bin ich leider mit der Tatsache konfrontiert, dass  hochgeladene Fotos  relativ oft abgelehnt werden. Woran es liegt und was  sich Adobe so alles ausgedacht hat ist  mir ein Rätsel. Na ja, wenn sich etwas zu oft wiederholt, dann stellt man sich die Frage wie weiter... etc.Ich bitte an dieser Stelle die Community um die Bewertung von 2 Fotos: P1270528.jpg - abgelehnt - Qualitätsprobleme. P13307767. jpg - nicht hochgeladen. Die Frage lautet, ob hier alle Qualitätskriterien erfüllt sind?  Es ist sicher nicht etwas Aussergewöhnliches, was ich hochgeladen habe. Immerhin eine andere Meinung wäre sehr wertvoll für mich.  Und ein glückliches und erfolgreiches 2023 an alle, welche diese Zeilen gelesen haben.Liebe GrüsseV V

Hi, I've recently had a number of photos rejected for Quality Issues. I only have a laptop screen to review these on and don't see any issues. Hope somone can give me some insight.

Hi guys   I am based in the UK and I am interested in uploading some of my photographs to Adobe Stock.   I have not done this before as I have only recently taken photography up as a vocation. Can anyone from the UK who has been through the process, help me out?    The FAQ of what to do is not entirely clear to me, but what forms do I need to fill out or obtain to be able to sale my photographs via Adobe Stock and to be cosher with American and UK Tax law? There are a lot of forms listed and from what I can see it is mostly aimed at the users based in America, which is understandable.   If no one can help then naturally I'd go the route of contacting a tax advisor, but was interested to know if anyone could help.    Many thanks!    [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Today we activated the Adobe Stock Model Tagger. This feature will help us gather data from your model releases.  We will use this data in search filters to improve our buyers user experience, and help surface diverse content.  The ethnicity, gender, and age metadata in titles and keywords will continue to be used for search relevance and remains unaffected by the Model Tagger information. Here’s how to locate the Model Tagger: in the Releases section of the Contributor portal, you’ll notice a + sign next to a release.  Click on it, selecting whether it’s a model or property release.  For model releases, select the gender, age, and ethnicity at the time of the shoot. We have scanned the model releases of all assets licensed at least once in the past two years.  As a result, you’ll see that many of your releases already have information about ethnicity and gender added.  We suggest clicking on the plus icon to add information about the model’s age

Hallo, wenn man Bilder auf Adobestocks hochlädt, kommt die Frage, ob "fremdes Eigentum" zusehen ist. Das ist doch fast auf jedem Bild so. Fotografiere ich ein Kind mit Schulranzen auf der Straße und habe ein modell release darf ich genau genommen das Foto trotzdem nicht hochladen, weil im Hintergrund ein Auto einer fremden Person zu sehen ist. Ich weiß, es klingt pedantisch, aber es ist doch so. Ich will Fotos einer Baustelle hochladen, man sieht das Schild "Betreten verboten" mit dem noch nicht fertig gebauten Haus im Hintergrund. Weder für das Schild noch für das Haus hab ich ein property release, also darf ich laut Vorgaben von Adobe Stocks die Bilder nicht hochladen. Wie handhabt ihr das? Verlasst ihr euch in solchen Situationen auf die Panoramafreiheit?mfg, Andreas

Comme mon titre, je ne télécharge plus rien tant Adobe est complexe, et en plus je ne parle ni ne lis l'anglais ! En plus impossible d'avoir le moindre contact d'un conseiller d'ADOBE ! Les méls que je reçois je ne peux même pas répondre ! Je suis sur Windows 10, et FireFox. Tout récemment j'ai reçu le fameux "SIGN" pour les taxes W-8BEN en tant que français, et impossible de dans mon compte à leur rubrique "Fiscalité" pour signer ni à leur feuille pour la signer ! Il m'ont renvoyé par mél une feuille W-8BEN, mais impossible de l'imprimer pour la remplir, car je n'avais pas non plus la possibilité de la remplir sur leur doc ! J'ai alors bidouillé pour faire une copie d'écran puis remplie, et leur ai envoyée hier 03-01-2023, car j'avais une photo vendue mais dont je ne pouvais pas la visualiser ni avoir le prix de vente ! je pense que la cause était la non signature de ce fichu papier W-8BEN. Hallo liebe Community-Mitglieder, wo finde ich die Kategorie Spielzeug? Hab einige alte Bären fotografiert und gesehen das es einige in der Kategorie Spielzeug gibt. Ich kann diese Kategorie leider nicht finden und meinen Bildern zuweisen. Danke für eure Hilfe.

La question est dans le titre. comment les banques d'images peuvent t-elles vendre ces images, a qui appartiennent t-elles ? à la société qui a crée l'IA ? à la personne qui à écrit "tarte aux pommes" ? Mais si 20 personnes écrivent "tarte aux pommes" et que la tarte change un tout petit peu, chacun est propriétaire de "sa" tarte ? alors qu'il ne pourrait même pas la reconnaitre entre les 20 ? les banques d'images ne se tirent t'-elles pas une balle dans la tête en proposant ces images à la vente et en montrant aux clients qu'ils peuvent faire pareil pour moins cher et sans Adobe ? Les résultats produits (par exemple en photo ou 3D) on souvent des incohérences manifeste, et pourtant elles sont acceptés alors que quand on produit une vrai image 3D elle peut être refusée pour pas grand chose. Le monde devient de plus en plus fou, détruisants des milliers d'emplois juste pour le plaisir de faire créer des images à un ordinateur qui ne fait que de s'inspirer du travail

I am getting a little embarrassed with all of these situations when a pack of those "adobe experts" moderators are putting "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" like in ancient gladiator fights, and all you can do is praying of passing an exam. All of the shots I do right now, are with the sony a6400 and sony fe 85 mm 1,8 lens. THIS IS +1.500 $ SET UP, and you want to tell me that THIS CAMERA with THIS LENS does not sharp images and you have problems somewhere with quality? My photos are clearly sharp at 100% (and that is ENOUGH), and there are no problems with exposure (list of the photos in link). Not underexposed, and not overexposed (and that even the editing program says the same). SO WHERE IS THE PROBLEM? Maybe let's do a minimal and optimal requirments of approving photos with equipment list? Like in a PC games. A founder of PC games always tells minimum and optimum requirments for a games, like a minimum graphic card or memory space, etc. Why not? What could be a minimal there

These pics are all AI generative art and have been described as such, yet I am being asked for model releases. Several other similar images have sailed through fine and are on my profile. Is there anything I can do to release them?

I shoot aviation images at airshows and submitted several for consideration.  They were all rejected as IP issues.  When I search the catalog ai find numerous similar images that obviously made past the IP concern.  So I resubmitted a few, changing specific jet names to generic terms, thinking the IP issue was in the title.  Still rejected for IP.  Any suggestions on this item?  Here's an example of a rejected image. 

Hi,Old photographer here.  New to Adobe Stock Contributor system.  How do copyright your shots? File with the US copyright office? Simply fill out the metadata fields in Photoshop --is that enough? Do neither of these, but add a copyright symbol into your shots somewhere?  Does Adobe copyright your shots when you've given them the appropriate release information?  I don't shoot people or buildings --or anything that requires a release, but I want my shots copyrighted.  Should I do this, and how? Or does Adobe do this for me?

Hallo,ich verstehe, dass Bilder die den Kriterien nicht entsprechen von Ihnen abgelehnt werden.Was ich aber nicht verstehe ist, dass ich bei mir Bilder finde, die z.B. das fast Identische Objekt zeigen und dann 80% akzeptiert werden und 20% wegen geistigem Eigentum abgelehnt werden. Oder in der letzten Serie, wo ich Berberaffen fotografiert habe. Gestern 80% gestern wegen Technischer Probleme abgelehnt und heute die restlichen 20% angenommen werden. Diese Fotos sind alle zu den fast identischen Lichtbedingungen mit der gleichen Kamera und dem gleichen Objektiv entstanden.Ich möchte nur verstehen was ich falsch gemacht habe oder wo hier der Fehler liegt.Habe ich alleine dieses Problem?
