I received an email on 6th December that your adobe stock contributor account has been blocked. When I asked the reason, They said that your content is a copyright so your account is getting blocked. Ever since I replied to their email and explained all my things and asked two question about my account I have not received any reply from them. Adobe Case 00162178
Hello, Adobe Support Community, It seems that my photo was rejected from Adobe Stock due to "Quality Issues". Might there be any feedback anyone could provide as to why this may be? Thanks.
hello everyone, I have a problem with PNG files, when I upload them to adobe contribution and subsequently approved for sale, in the description they indicate JEPG files! Why does this happen? Also I have seen on other authors that fine PNGs are also JPG files. Can you explain how I have to correctly upload the PNG files? Thanks in advance for your answers.
Hello, is anyone expierencing this problem. In this example, Lightroom shows 35 keywords to upload. Most of these are synonyms which are to be exported. After exporting, the JPEG properties tag shows all 35 keywords (tags) are included. After uploading to Adobe Stock, (HTML Upload or LightRoom App) only 6 keywords are shown. I am having this problem with all of my images at the moment and only with Abobe.
Adobe dice que por problemas de calidad, pero eso no especifica mucho.
I can't for the life of me determine why Adobe is rejecting my images - 5387 x 5464 300dpi image is sharp as a tack and from my R5 Canon - ANY IDEAS? BTW I have tried several different changes from the save mode in Lightroom for higher resolution and lower resolution - changed different images with all different settings - followed the recommodations for proper setting but still rejected - something else must be going on. Thank you 🙂
I am not a computer geek, so could someone please explain to me the process I need to do in order to upload videos to this site?
Can I upload a photo for sale that I have already posted on other paid photo stocks?
What the issues were so I could correct them or try again if anyone can help. Thanks.
Recently, I've come across Adobe Stock and decided to upload a couple of photos. Sadly, all of them were rejected, the reason being Quality Issues.I'd be very grateful for some more details explaining what went wrong so I could improve it next time :))
Hi all, I hope someone here has the expertise to help me understand the issues with two vector submissions that were recently rejected from Adobe stock. I suspect I have the same issues with both (as I composed them similarly), but cannot find the issues myself.I've poured over my files and the feedback and can only think that there is an issue with the preview thumbnail, but don't know what it would be and how to fix it. The preview is over the minimum size. I really appreciate all the time responders put in helping us learn here! The rejection came back as:"Your file has one or more of these issues:Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with li
My photo was rejected due to quality, as I don't understand about the requirements for Adobe stock, I tried to follow the user guide and reduce the effects. Can I upload the photo again? Still not at the quality suggested by Adobe? [moderator corrected HTML formatting error to make the post readable]
This is a request to those photographers who upload landscape images. Please be accurate when you are identifying a place. If the image is incorrectly identified you are less likely to sell your image and it wastes the time of anyone looking for a particular image.
how long can adobe stock check photos? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hi,I uploaded few images to adobe stock but got rejected due to quality issue. Can someone help me understand the specific issue with these photos ?Photos are in the attachments.
The whole collection got rejected due to quality issues, here are 3 of them. I am new to the community, need help to figure out the exact reason(s) that caused the rejection so I can improve in the future (I'm guessing because of "excessive filtering or artifacts/noise"?). "Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise. "Thanks in advance!
I submitted a video to adobe stock that shows an inbox. Here is a screengrab:I'm not sure what property release they looking for? The question is "Is there recognizable people or property?". Is it speaking about the names on the right (which are made up names)? What would be my best option? Replace the names with lorem ipsum? I can't get a release from non-existant people haha
A image with ID 69686132 is showing so many Indian states as part of China. Kindly remove the said image and other similar images submitted by the contributor. Also, please check all such maps images on the platform to see if they are showing right maps or fictitious ones. I hope Adobe will take a wise stand on the critical issue of showing accurate maps of respective countries.
Ok, I'm not completely sure why these were rejected. However, let me attempt some guesses. I'm intersted in your feedback. * The Lilly. I'm thinking the f stop wasn't to the linking of the reviewer, however maybe there was too much noise reduction on the center of the lilly which maybe skewed away some focus? * The drink, I'm thinking the bkg needs to be uniformly black minus the lights, and also have those distractions removed from the base of the glass? What do you guys suggest?
could you please explain me why this photo is not for salе?I mean why it can't be bought?
I am trying to upload images from Lightroom Classic. I have moved the relevant images to The Adobe Stock collection under "publish services". When I click on "Publish" it appears to begin to upload the relevant images. But then it stops after a minute or so and displays the following message: "Upload failed because of technical difficulties. please try again later". I have logged out and back in closed and reopened Lightroom, logged in and out of my Stock contributor account, rebooted my computer, checked that the Stock plugin is enabled. I have tried this on multiple occasions over several days. On one occasion it managed to upload a single image before the message popped up, but otherwise nothing. Any suggestions?
