XIにしたらエラーが出るのでバージョンを

Xに戻しました、

具体的にどの製品に関する件でしょうか。

Document CloudサービスであればWebサービスのPDF Exportになるので、

何を再インストールしたのかも関わってくる話です。

またPDF Exportだとした場合、変換するファイルの容量やページ数が多すぎるということはないでしょうか。

いずれにしても前後関係も踏まえての確認が必要になってきます。
