I recieved the email with the order number. I go to my account. It is not there. Trying various approaches I got to where I could down load the product ........... buy then is asks me to signin to start my "Free Trail".
How do I get to my order so I can get the serial number, or what ever esle I need to do to get my real product I paid for?

I used the link and was sent to AI chat .............. not helpful ............ eventually I typed in "human" and got to a real person. I had to go through escatalion to more experienced person twice .............. finally got an answer. The stand alones no longer have a serial # or activation code. What I assumed was a trail copy was my purchased copy. Not at all obvious.

The problem came down to a very poorly design of the first screen when you open the new version for the first time. It wanted me to eaither check "start trail" or check "buy". What you actually need to do it close the screen and just start using the product.

PSE 2025 doesn't use a serial number. You sign in or out similar to CC apps.

Actually you do not need to signin ......... unless Photoshop is doing it for me without putting anything on the screen
