Hi everyone,
I'm curious if anyone else finds it as annoying as I do that we can't receive our Adobe monthly invoices directly in our email inboxes. Virtually every other company or business sends their invoices to our emails, allowing us to quickly download them to our invoices folder and be done with it in seconds.
With Adobe, however, I have to remember to log in to their website and locate the invoices for download. Not to mention, after perusing some of the complaints in this forum, it appears that some users struggle to locate all their invoices, often finding only the initial purchase or order because it's hidden behind the "all invoices" button.
I can't comprehend Adobe's motivation to make it difficult for their customers to receive their monthly invoices.
If anyone have an answer do share with me, also, please advice if you have any solution for this issue.

others have asked about it, but the answer is the same; you have to download it.

Well, this is infuriating! No company I know of does this absurd trick.
Isn't there anything we can do as a group? Nobody to reach out to?

for some things you can make suggestions to adobe. for this i think the cc desktop app is the closest.
for applicable apps, use https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/x-productkb/global/how-to-user-voice.html
for others, use https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

Thanks, I've posted using the second link.
I hope someone sees it, the place looks deserted.

Well Adobe did get back to me:
"Adobe had the option to get the invoice automatically to your email ID, since the email was getting compromised due to data protection policy and we would need to ensure that your information is secured, our team had removed the option to send the invoice automatically."
And with that said I answered:
1. Why Google, microsoft, Zoom and many others still send their invoices by email?
2. Why won't you send an email with a link that goes straight to the (secured) invoice?
I hope I'll get answeres... but not counting on it.

you're the first person (in over 20 years that i've been active on the adobe forums) that's mentioned they got an explicit response to their ideas post. so maybe you will get an answer.

Nobody here has anything to do with company policy - you need to contact Adobe

I understand,
But don't they have their people or moderators checking this forum once in a while?

where you posted, in the ideas forum, is monitored by adobe employees. whether your post will come to the attention of the appropriate personnel is anyone's guess. but it's more productive than writing to adobe's business address which is as likely to be successful as writing to santa clause at the north pole.

Hi everyone,
For now sending automatic emails is not an available facility from Adobe.
We shall take your feedback and share it with our teams.
Thanks

The reason is because Adobe is looking out for YOU and your SECURITY!!! So much so, they, and I quote:
"... cannot send invoices on the email as your email ID is associated with adobe account ..."
So secure Adobe, so secure. Adobe won't send your invoice to the email you used to create the Adobe account. Why? I quote again:
"... if the email is compromised, then the hackers can have access to the adobe invoice, and invoices contain sensitive information ..."
Thank you Adobe for keeping us SAFE!!!

What? why? You're one of the biggest companies in the world and "It is not a facility" for you? What?!
If it is for safety reasons please don't send us the actual Invoice, send us an email with a link to the invoice that's (safe) in our account!
Every major company does that, why can't you?

if you want to make this suggestion to adobe, post in the desktop ideas forum, or upvote one of the identical requests made in the past.
