Hi, I'm trying to change my plan from a monthly payment to yearly and tried to follow these instructions, but the year plan is not available. Is this even possbile? And how can I get into contact with someone from adobe?

Thanks in advance.

It is possible but you'll need to contact one of the Adobe customer service reps to do it manually (and adjust your payments accordingly)
Check first if the relevant plan is available in your country.
Check here:
https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/photoshop.html
and click here:

you'll get a bot first asking for info, but you need to ask for a customer representative.

Hi @H26219196l7j8 ,

Thanks for reaching out.

Did your monthly subscription end? You can DM us your Adobe ID so that we can get the plan details.

You can check the availability of the plans in your location, as @Imaginerie said. Meanwhile, please check if it is due to a missed payment: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html.

We're here to help, just need some info.

Best,

Ranjisha

Hi, thank you both for replying.

Unfortunatly I do not see the option for a yearly plan on https://www.adobe.com/nl/products/photoshop.html or  https://www.adobe.com/nl/creativecloud/plans.html nor a chat bubble.

I dont think is due to a missed payment, its work related and I submit the bill every month to finance. It would save me a small amount of time if I could do this every year in stead of month but in the end its just a minor inconvenience.

I won't be needing any more assistence. Thanks you both for helping.

Regards

Only Adobe Customer Care can make this change for you. No one can do it through the forums.

The Photography plan is annual and can be paid monthly or in a lump sum. There is also a monthly plan (referred to above) at a higher rate than the annual plan, paid monthly, but I hope that's not the one you have. Here's the screenshot you were looking for:

To find this screenshot, there is not a direct link. Go to https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html, then scroll down a bit to the Photography plan you have (possibly the annual one, paid monthly at $9.99 with 20gb.) Click "See Plan and Pricing Details" to go to the above screen.

Notice the chat link in both of these screen shots. If you don't see it, it's not because it does not exist, it's because it is being blocked at your end. (You might ask your IT to assist.)

Does the link to auto-open the chat work?
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703

If you can't find out why chat is being blocked, you still have two options:

you can send a tweet to @AdobeCare.

Again, only Adobe Customer Care can make this change. Do not respond to PMs from scammers purporting to be from Adobe. Staff has "Adobe Employee" and an Adobe logo on their avatar.

@Mariam Hovhannesyan

That link is for Teams and may not apply here since the OP is submitting the bill to finance every month. Only Adobe Customer Care can assist with billing for individuals.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
