Bonjour.
Je veux changer l'adresse de facturation sur mes factures. Je suis en compte individuel. Il n'y a AUCUNE option via le site Adobe.
La FAQ indique comment modofier ses informations de carte de crédit, et l'adresse de facturation. C'est FAUX. On ne peut changer que le code postal.
Je reçois mes factures avec mon ancienne adresse depuis 4 ans.
J'ai lu qu'il fallait contacter le chat d'Adobe pour changer ces informations. C'est inadmissible. Vous nous prenez pour des enfants? Ou des handicapés? Je suis entrepreneur depuis 25 ans, Adobe est le seul site que je connais dans lequel on ne peut pas changer son adresse.
J'ai vu les réponses qui indiquent qu'il faut contacter le chat Adobe. Il est indiqué qu'il faut un navigateur qui ne bloque pas les pop-up. Mon navigateur ne bloque pas les pop-ups. Je suis connecté à mon compte Adobe. Pourtant quand je clique sur le lien, j'arrive sur une page d'aide, mais il n'y a aucun chat.
Pourquoi tant de complications pour simplement changer l'adresse de son entreprise???? Je n'ai jamais vu ça, sauf chez Adobe.

if that doesn't help, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

Ca ne fonctionne pas non plus sur Safari sur Iphone. J'ai autorisé les pop up. Les pop up fonctionnent sur tout les sites... sauf Adobe.
Celà fonctionne par contre sur Safari Ipad. (tout mes appareils sont à jour dans la dernière version au 1/05/23)

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary:

Why are you being so dense ? This link only allow only to change name and credit card, NOT the address.
So your reply is again totally irrelevant.

No use. Already checked this. Only allows to define country, zip code and name of bearer. NOT the complete address of the company.
