Hello, I have problem with payment for subscribtion. I used 4 different debit cards, from 3 different Bank's Adobe Page says, that i can use debit card(on screen). When I enter everything it shows that is okay, after pressing "accept and subscribe" it's marking postal code and card numer red and says "The transaction may fail for various reasons. Carefully check whether the payment details have been entered correctly. If the issue persists, it may be necessary to use an alternative payment method or contact your bank.". I know people from my country that uses debit card for this purpose. I chated on adobe chat support with few different employees, and we tried using direct link for commiting payment details, but it says error. I also tried using paypal. Adobe charges me, then when i back to Adobe Page it says "Paypal error" or "PayPal application does't work". After several minutes cash comes back to account... Using adobe chat is not efficient to me. Im tired of explainging to every guys the same informations. They even disconnect from chat 2 times without any answet to my question. That's frustrating... Is there any other payment option for Poland? Can i somehow contact with adobe employee who can really help my in different way than asking me again for card details?

either contact adobe support*, or use an authorized reseller**
*
there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Hi Marcin,
I'm sorry for the experience you had. I understand your question however we can not discuss the account or payment related information over a public forum.
Have you tried using a credit card instead? Also, have you contacted your bank? Sometimes, banks may block transactions for security reasons. Contact your bank to ensure there are no issues on their end.
Let us know if you have any questions for us.

I dont own credit card, geting some only for adobe payment is a joke. And yes I contacted my banks and it should work, because international transactions are allowed for my card. On the community I saw, that adobe does't support debit cards, but I know peope who previously used debit cards in Poland for subscribtion payment. I also saw, that sometimes it's caused by adobe ID account, which is assigned to different country than card. But chat support says that everything is correct.

you can use klarna (in some countries https://www.klarna.com) or another authorized reseller, https://adobe.my.salesforce-sites.com/PartnerSearch?lang=en

I see! Yes, Debit cards are acceptable.
Did you speak with our support team asking them to help you with the purchase? Also, did you test more than one payment method(to be sure)?
Let us know.

The usage of debit is already mentioned in this article: https://adobe.ly/4bfdNMv
I hope it helps. 🙂

having debit cards mentioned somewhere on adobe.com isn't a fix. it should mentioned on adobe's main payment page, too.

Ask customer service to contact their backend team to lift the ban on your account and bank cards. And you should be fine.

Yes, it is only possible by contact with adobe support, after few solid hours on chat, and few days they fixed it for me. I am using debit card for payment and they charge it every month with no problems so far.
