Keine Zahlungsmethode funktioniert

Wenn ich versuche die 7 Tage free trial zu starten erhalte ich immer eine Fehlermeldung bei der Auswahl der Zahlungsmethode.

 

Wenn ich versuche mit PayPal zu zahlen kommt folgende Meldung:

"Der PayPal-Service ist nicht verfügbar. Wähle eine andere Zahlungsweise."

 

Bei anderen Zahlungsmethoden erhalte ich allerdings ebenfalls Fehlermeldungen.

 I think you will need to contact Adobe customer service to see what the problem is. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

 

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

 

Do not reply to PMs here of people claiming to work for Adobe. They are likely to be scammers.

I tried to use my Klarna creditcard but it didn't work either. I also tried three different approaches using the chat and everytime they wanted me to "just try again". Might this actually be a technical issue within adobe and we just have to wait for them to fix it?

Über Adobe kann ich immer noch nichts kaufen. Ich habe das Produkt über die Seite softperten.de gekauft und einfach eine Jahresrate über PayPal beantragt. Dabei kommt das selbe bei raus oder zumindest ist alles dabei, was ich brauche. Falls Adobe das Ganze nicht in den Griff bekommen sollte, wünschen ich Ihnen noch viel Erfolg beim Erwerb des Produkts 🙂

contact adobe support tomorrow.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

No, sorry, let me clarify.
I was trying to use PayPal - did not work.
I tried a SEPA mandate - did not work.
Klarna was not available, and the debit CC of Klarna did not work either.
The only helpful idea of the adobe support was to either get a new credit card or use a mobile browser.
