Nao estou conseguindo cancelar as minhas assinaturas do meu plano de fotografia e tambem do illustrator.
Não tem nenhuma opção para cancelar o meu plano e preciso faze-lo urgentemente!

Cancellation of subscription after 14 days of purchase has a cancellation fee, maybe some of you still have to cancel due to the following reasons:
1. Moving to another country
2. Moving to CCTeam from Individual CC or vice versa
3. Duplicate purchase by accident.
4. Been provided a complimentary subscription from office or institution.

Por favor, me ajudem. Também não estou conseguindo cancelar minha inscrição. Preciso urgente cancelar meu plano e não tem essa opção no site. Não consigo conversar com ninguém pela central de atendimento e isso realmente é um abuso! Não tem suporte de ajuda que funcione!
