Re: I cancelled my 7 day free subscription on Day 6 but they still charged me a monthly fee.

Hi @Shivangi_Gupta can you please confirm mine as  well if I am eligible for a refund as I got deducted for a trial account that I have cancelled before the free trial ends.

Hello! I was told that I should be able to receive a confirmation that my refund is on its way and I still haven't. Given that I cancelled the free trial on the same day as I purchased the plan I demand full refund.
