I have had a transaction for £21 and I have no idea as I'm not even subscribed. The chat feature is a joke as no one seems to be available!! So I guess Im left having to contact my credit card company

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representativ
Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You should contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Hi Sheena, I have also been charged with code 044-207-3650 listed under system software reacurring payment for no apparent reason. The payment is not showing up on my billings history either so the virtual assistant is unable to help me. This is my last resort as I cannot find any other way of contacting adobe for help.
