(India)I'm subscribed to a monthly plan and a new RBI directive is causing current month's payment to be declined.

Is there a way to pay them manually? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

They have added an extra month to my plan. They said that it is a big change and it needs some more time.

I contacted support, asked them to give me a payment link of 1 year subscription. I payed out the subscription fee for the next year in one go. They still have not fixed recurring payments issue. But this is the only workaround for it that I can think of.

This sounds like a great workaround given the current situation here in Adobe. Thanks for sharing this, I will try the same.

I am also facing the same issue, is there any update about this issue?

They still haven't fixed this problem ever since I reported it. Don't know why it's taking so long.

I would have to move to another software if it keeps happening. December 13th is my last date now. I don't know how many times I have to reach out to them.

- I've contacted support, they said to get in touch with the bank. Got in touch with the bank, they say that they have the correct changes as per RBI's new format but the merchant site has not moved yet.
- So then I contacted Adobe support again, they acknowledged that they haven't moved to the correct changes as per RBI directive. They have extended my membership until 14th October and said that they are making changes at their end as per the directive and if even after that the payment gets declined then they will cancel my subscription(without any charges) and restart my subscription. Will update this post on 14th October
