When registering for a Photoshop trial I accidentally entered the wrong email account, one which I do not own or control. Apparently Adobe doesn't confirm emails when setting up new pay accounts?
I'm now trying to access the account to cancel it, but I can't because the security code needed to login is being sent to an email that I have never had access to. I don't see any relavent topics here, and real human support seems non existent.
Any help would be appreciated.

Dallyn, please see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/create-update-adobe-id.html for information on how to update the e-mail address associated with an account. If you need assistance, please begin a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen so a support team member can assist you.

Sigh, I encountered this too. And it seems you can only have live support if you have an active plan (not a free trial). Did you happen to set a password for the "wrong email account" after registering for the photoshop trial?
I suggest checking your credit card transaction records more carefully from now on; like hopefully no one actually owns that "wrong email account" and ends up being able to abuse your credit card details somehow.

Statement retracted. I followed the advice in here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan-discussions/two-accounts-can-t-cancel-one-becaus...
Basically, in the chat system, type "AGENT" to bypass the chatbot and speak to a real person. They can help you cancel the trial plan registered on the wrongly entered email address.
