作業ができない

12月のいつだったか、それまで問題なくＰＤＦを画像等に変換していたのが、突然保存をしようとしても、中央に白い枠はできるが次に行けない。

編集タグを押すと以前は左に出ていたのが出ないで白いまま。

保存をしようとしても白い枠はでるが、文字が表示されず次に行けない。

アンインストールして、再度インストールしたが、変わらない。

Please confirm if the issue occurs while converting PDFs to images or editing PDFs. Could you please share a small video showing what happens when you try to use the tools?

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the application. You may refer to the following help document to check the latest updates available: https://adobe.ly/4qL5s9S.  We know you have already tried uninstallation. Try reinstalling the application once using the steps suggested below:

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4qBwfFq).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4srjb7c.
