新規にPDFファイルを編集（注釈などを追加）すると、その度にそのコピーが生成され、これにその編集が反映されます。Ver23. 6からこの問題が発生しているように思います。もとに戻してください！

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. Are the files saved on any external cloud storage (like OneDrive, or Google Drive);

2. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using (go to Profile-> About Adobe Acrobat);

3. The Android/iOS version your device is on;

4. A screen recording of the scenario you experience.

1. The files are saved on the internal devices.
2. The app version is 23.6.0.28188 (updated in Google Play).
3. The Android/ version is 13 TP1A. 220624.014 (MIUI Pad Global 14.0.2.0.TLYMIXM).

Can you record the screen from where you go to the location to open the file in Acrobat Reader Mobile, and then you see duplicates of the file getting created?

Also, would you mind sharing the sample file where you experienced the issue for further deep dive?
