I can see this question has been asked before: I pay a monthly subscription for Adobe Acrobat Premium (Edit & Create), however whenevr I go to use this to edit a PDF document I am asked to subscribe.. When I subscribe, it tells me I am already subscribed and then begins to 'activate' subscription however, as with a previous inquiry over same, it the screen remains 'processing' indefinitely. I have been subscribing for a long time now @ $18.69 per month but have not yet been able to use the features? Do I unsubscribe and subscribe to a different Adobe Edit & Create Software? Thank you, Bonnie1812

I found the FAQs with instructions for subscribing, cancelling, etc.
https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html
Having a subscription to Acrobat DC (Standard or Pro or Enterprise) will give you the Premium features in Acrobat for Mobile, but not vice versa. If you only have the free Reader, you need to purchase Reader Premium (in-app) or Export PDF or PDF Pack.
The FAQs are worth reading, and should probably be in Resources > FAQs at the top of the forum.
Tagging @AnandSri and @AkanchhaS and @Ria Tagra to see if the FAQ link can be pinned?

ALL of the above applies to me now years later in June 2022, too, Adobe you have ripped me off. Apple you have ripped me off. Why am I not surprised? [Abuse removed]
I am reporting this to every consumer agency I can think of and my state attorney general's office. You take my money and never provide any detail on what the program actually provides, never provide instructions, never disclose that the program can't be used on a laptop which is MOBILE.
Adobe used to be a decent company, but youve gone the Bill Gates route [Abuse removed], producing over-complicated impossible to use programs with no documentation, no easy way of accessing, etc. Creating multiple programs with almost the same name and no easy way (how about a list with details of each program?) is a sure sign of fraud.

Acrobat Reader and Acrobat Reader for Mobile are both free. One is for mobile devices; one is for desktops.

I selected "MOBILE" in your post and clicked "Look Up", which brought me to this definition from Wikipedia.
So we can better assist, please tell us:
