When I try to open any PDF file that allows "form input", a popup window says I need the DC version for Windows or Mac.
I can open any document that does not have form input. Previously I used my desktop running Windows 10 no problem. My mobile phone is more convenient.
I have a
Samsung Galaxy s8 +
SM-G955W
Android 8.0.0
Is there a reason this advertised DC version (by Adobe) does not function properly???
Thank you,
Ted

I discovered it is possible on Android. Use Microsoft OneDrive to open the file and use the form feature to update the file and save it.
Only problem is, OneDrive automatically turns on protection for the file when you save it. You need to know the password to reopen the file.
I have been unable to stop the protection or discover the password. It would be nice if we knew how to do this.

I have Galaxy 8+ and Android 8.0.0.
I found that Foxit PDF works fine with the Manulife investment withdrawal form which is not XFA. Foxit says you have to upgrade to Foxit PhantomPDF Business to do XFA. Have not tried it. Costs $$$.
