Cannot log-in to Acrobat Reader

Ah.. I have the same problem. The message should be " Access Denied".

I am not using decrypted Pro edition, just the free Acrobat Reader DC, downloaded from adobe.com

As you get the access denied error message, did you check if you can log in to your Adobe account?

If not, please open the link Adobe ID and try to login with the same email address and password that you use on the mobile application.

Did you ever use the application before?

Could you please let us know the location where you are trying to use the service?

In having same issue. I can't log into Acrobat Reader (Adobe Account). I've Uninstalled restarted phone and re-installed his app about 10x now. I've even turned off 2-Factor. No faster what I do, it signs me out. I've even gonna add fat as factory resetting my phone. I have it installed on my Android Tablet and I'm signed in on there, with no issues. Both are using Version 21.10.0.19961. And both are using the same wifi.

OK. Disregard my previous post. I finally got it, but I had to install Adobe Account Access on my tablet. Then when I went to sign in, I only had to use the code. So I think the Account Access app is the issue. If I clicked on ALLOW, it would log me in then out.

Well that didn't last long.. I got signed out AGAIN! So I'm still looking for a solution.
