The combine pdf feature on acrobat iPad version with premium subscription stopped working. Need this to compile kids homework. I signed out and back in. I deleted app and re-installed. I even re-created the individual files; however i am still unable to combine.

I also have Adobe for iPad, and the combine feature is not working. Like Nrosario, I signed out/in, deleted the app and reinstalled, and turned my iPad off/on. When I try to combine files, I get an error message "Cannot convert your file." This feature was working for me until a week or so ago.

After deleting the app from my iPad and iPhone, rebooting my iPad, reloading the app, and logging in from my Apple ID rather than my Google ID, I was finally able to combine files. I think it's working properly now, but I'm not sure what fixed it.

I just paid for premium account and the one thing I need it to do, combine files, is not working. I have an iPad Air2, software version 15.7.8 with Adobe version 23.08.01. Error message reads, "Unable to convert your file."
