Hi there
Thanks for sharing the details. Please update the Acrobat app to the latest version 25.10.51 from the App Store and reboot the device once and see if that works.

I'm experiencing the same problem, and have been for the past 5+ years of using Adobe (3 of those years with Adobe Premium). I'm getting tired of this! The original post is from July 2022 and we still don't have a fix? Adobe Acrobat plays a vital role in my line of work, so an issue like this is quite an inconvenience. This on top of the app's lack of a recycle box which makes it impossible to recover any accidentally-deleted files is really not a good look for Adobe.
Looking forward to any kind of help/fix soon, otherwise I may consider a different platform...

The issue was fixed earlier. This seems like a recent break and the team is looking into it.
I will update the thread once I hear back.

Open the pdf document on your iPad. I add a comment or underline to the file. I close the document and see that saving the document to the cloud (Adobe Cloud) does not finish. See image ..
.. blue progress circle behind the file name !?? It is still there when I have already reopened the document and saved it again.
Now if I open the document again and add some comments again, a new version (conflict) appears.
Ipad 10th generation, iPadOS version 16.2.

Yeah I havent had that issue personally because I always save to a folder on my desktop but the unfortunate thing is that we multiple people who use it on their ipads and use the cloud because we have multiple people (in the office and in the field) accessing the same files.

Not that it helps but also having the same issue using the cloud where conflicts (and that conflict file usually makes another conflict file) are repeateadly made. I would stop using the cloud if it weren't for the fact that I transfer files between my laptop and iPad for school.

Super annoying. Every single time we save a PDF it duplicates and labels as Conflict Conflict Conflict file name.

Hi. I am now having exactly the same issue. We need to regularly work between devices, 2 windows PCs, 1 iPad and 2 iPhones. The document cloud is something we rely on for this. But in the last week we have started to have this "(conflict)" issue when making changes to documents. And even "(conflict) (conflict)" - and that's just ridiculous now. I'm totally confused on which versions to use and it's all become a total mess. Help!
