Hello,
I have a question regarding the Adobe Acrobat App on Ipad, I am using version 22.01.02, and my Ipad is on IOS 15.3.1. The problem I am having is when I annotate my PDF file in the Adobe Acrobat app, my handwriting distorts and becomes spikey, as seen in the example below. It seems like there is an auto smoothing function, is there a way to turn it off?

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with handwriting annotations distorted on iPad.
Have you tried updating your iPad OS and the Acrobat Reader Mobile to the latest version and then check if the same issue persists.

Hi there, did you ever get this resolved? I'm experiencing the same issue and embarassing my sketch notes and annotations are turned into Game of Throne weapons. Looks fine when writing and as soon as I click Done, they're downsampled into a jagged mess. Kind of embarrassing during meetings, always have to give a disclaimer prior to presentation.

The issue with distorted annotations is already up with us on the product team's end, and the team is working on getting this fixed.

Would you mind updating the app to the latest version and check if the issue persists?
If yes, please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:
1. A screen recording video of the entire event;

Our engineering team has been actively working on it, but so far, we have not been able to reproduce the problem in-house using version 24.08.00 of the app.
To assist us further in troubleshooting, could you please update your app to the latest version, 24.08.00, from the App Store (iOS)? After updating, we recommend rebooting your device and checking for the issue.
We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us resolve this. Please let us know how it goes after performing the update and reboot, and feel free to share any additional details if the problem continues.

Hi, I have the same issue. My adobe application is up to date, no updates are available neither through the app store nor through Adobe itself. The issue has been ongoing and still persists. What was shared above to demonstrate the problem is what Im experiencing.
