I can't download imm5257e form

I have trying to download the imm5257e form but I can't load with you software and it's mendatory for immigration yet it's failing bismally

The message is telling you that you cannot use Reader for Mobile to view the PDF. You need the desktop version. This is something we see with forms that were created in LiveCycle, which unfortunately included many government forms. You will need to use Acrobat Reader for desktop to fill out the form.

I have used desktop , and still does not get the latest form and the
imm5257e Canada website gives me an error,,, and say I should use the
latest form and up to date Adobe software has failed download that
particular form, but I was able to download with pdf filler

Pdf filler is not accepted buy the website they have recommended Adobe, and
Adobe is failling me it's so absurding,, I could not finish my application
to travel

++ to the suggestion by Jane, try installing Acrobat Reader from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader Distribution

Hope you will be able to do so from here. 

If you have tried Acrobat Web on a desktop, it uses the same framework as Acrobat Reader Mobile to make the error message similar.

It will not work to update the mobile version of Reader, Keith. 

@Motlotleng34376227rxmp is using Acrobat Reader Mobile which will not open forms made in LiveCycle Designer. They need a desktop version. See the error message:
