Hi @b4u2.,
Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!
You get the screen when using the premium features or after a certain number of open files.
Any feature with a blue star mark to the right of the feature name is a premium feature and would require the purchase of a subscription.
If this is not what you are looking for, please reply, and we will be happy to assist you further.

Thank you so much for getting back to me. It had nothing to do with premium features as all I am doing is downloading attachments from my email and opening them up in Adobe and never had this problem before only up until recently. All I want is to view it, nothing else! Please help me

@b4u2., Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the workflow where you see the payment window in the application?
This will help us understand the situation better and narrow down the approach to the investigation.

It's the same thing. Unless I'm not understanding you.

@b4u2. Screen recording would be a video that shows the workflow.
By workflow, what I mean is from the time you open Acrobat and then you see the window to make the payment.

@b4u2. Thanks for sharing the screen recording.
From the looks of it, it seems you are opening files other than PDFs too on Acrobat Reader, which redirects you to the Create PDF mode, and thus you see the payment window.
If you notice before you see the payment window, it shows the header as Adobe Create PDF, which is a paid feature.
While I share this with the team for further investigation, I suggest checking the default application for opening images or other media files on your device.
You can check the steps here: Set or clear default apps

I'm having the same problems. I tried the "Set or Clear Default apps" suggestion, but it still happens.
The worst part, is that even if I long press the app, and select "Open With", as soon as I do that, the "Premium tools for mobile" pop up appears.
There must be a better way to shut this off.

Solved my own problem by removing the app. Not sure if it will comeback when I re-install. would be worth passing this to your dev team to fix.

Hi there
Hope you're doing well.
As you've mentioned that you're not using any Adobe applications, could you please clarify where exactly you're seeing the pop-up message? It would be helpful if you could describe the workflow or steps you're following when the issue appears.
To better understand the situation and assist you more effectively, we kindly request a short video recording showing the steps you’re taking and when the issue occurs.
We are here for help, just need more info.

I'm getting the same thing and it won't go away it will not let me open a word document and I never had any problems before until this last month when the pop-up started with asking me for premium upgrade. How do you get rid of the pop up

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!
When you open a non-PDF file on Acrobat, it triggers Acrobat's Create PDF functionality, which is a premium feature, and thus you see the purchase pop-up.
Do let us know if you see the same purchase pop-up when opening a PDF file, and we can get it investigated.

Hi @daresa_6075,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience!
This is strange and shouldn't be the case when opening PDF files.
As you mentioned, if this is the case, would you mind sharing a screen recording video from where you open the file from your Email to the pop-up within Acrobat for a better understanding and further investigation?
Along with the video, please share the app version number as well.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Would you mind sharing the version of the OS and the Acrobat mobile app you are using? https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html To check the version tap on profile > About Adobe Acrobat. Also check for any pending updates from App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) and reboot the device once and see if that works.
Please check the Email ID used to purchase the subscription and the Email ID used to login to the Acrobat App are same.
Let us know how it goes.
