Hi @CHANDAN27921852wyx9,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Would you mind letting us know the location of the PDF? If the file is on a cloud drive, have you tried copying it to your local storage and then trying to make the highlights?

The location could be a primary reason you cannot see the changes you made using Acrobat.

Look forward to hearing from you.

-Souvik.

@CHANDAN27921852wyx9  and @S S.

I just did a little playing around. I highlighted something in Acrobat for Mobile, then closed the file and reopened it. Even if I keep the file open, I can see my highlight with Liquid Mode off and the highlight disappears when I enable it again.

I don't know if this is a feature or a bug, but can you tell us if you see your highlighting when Liquid Mode is off?

This file was stored On This iPad. I then opened a file in Adobe Cloud Storage that already had comments and got the same results when I toggled the Liquid Mode button.

Hi @jane-e,

The workflow you are referring to above is designed behavior.

The feature to have annotations and comments working with Liquid Mode has already been raised. I cannot commit a date for the implementation, but this is in the pipeline for a future release.

Hello,

You have to save the file while closing it. Hit CRTL+S while closing the file. This worked for me.

Thanks,

Tamzid

This thread is about Acrobat Reader for Mobile, not desktop. Your shortcut for Save won't help here.
