It has charged me twice for the same level subscription. And I can't get past the "purchase complete. Waiting for feature activation" screen

Adobe is charging me twice for the same level of subscription, this has been done several times . You charged me the whole year amount when I cancelled my previous subscription. And here again you are trying to rob me by charging twice for same month for same level of subscription.I found that it is very frustrating and mischievous.it is disturbing to treat customers in ill way & it is wrong.I am living in Canada and I don't expect such things in a civilized society which I consider the actions as robbing me in a day light. Considering my frustrations and I need your response and help to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Would you mind sharing the charge receipts that mention your charge to Adobe so we can investigate the issue further?

yes I do and I would like you to look at the March 10 and April 3 rd payment. You of course can track it down through your system. And I also would like to mention how adobe brutally charged me from my account about $66 extra when I quit my last subscription. I am sure you will be able to track the previous subscription and portion of the payment via my account. Because I have the same settings on my account for your payment you can also check the previous subscription portion. You will be able to understand where my disappointment lies in my case.

I checked further with your account on the Apple Portal, and the subscription is active today.
I suggest checking on your subscriptions with your Apple account again to ensure you are not charged again the next month.
