For the last 3 months I have been receiving a US$19.99 charge on my credit card. I have no Adobe subscriptions and have never subscribed to any paid services. Please assist in having this charge stopped on my card.

I checked the email address that is registered on the community and could not find any active subscription or transactions on the account.
As you mentioned you are being charged, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the email receipt you have received from Adobe so we can get this investigated further.
