Hello Sonya,

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with trying to open a PDF file.

As you have already mentioned that you are using iOS device, please let me know a few more details so taht we can check further:
1. The version of iOS you are using;

2. The version of Acrobat Mobile Reader you are using;

3. Is the issue with a specific file or with all the files.

4. A screen recording of the workflow you are following and error message (if any) when trying to open the document.

Thanks,

Souvik.

Hello Thomas,

Thank you for writing in and also for attaching the screenshot. It helped a lot.

Goign with the screenshot, I would suggest you to chekc the creator application for the PDFs as they seem damaged to as per Acorbat Reader Mobile.

There could be a multiple factors due to which you might get this error message, likely, the file is corrupted, the file is created on a third party creator application which somehow now is out of life or is restricted to viewing due to which you are getting the error.

Hope this answers you query.

Regards,

Souvi.

Thanks for your reply. The files are all American Express, Master Card, etc. statements. I can’t see how all of them are corrupted. Seems to me it’s likely an Adobe issue, don’t you think so?

Souvik,

I have this issue since I have installed Adobe, never opened any pdf files. As I said before these are visa, master card, etc. files. None of them opens. I don't know how to share a file over private message.
