Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact the store from where you purchased the subscription.

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I do not have the right to cancel it on your behalf.

Subscriptions purchased through the Play Store and App Store need self-cancellation.

We do not have the option to make changes from our end.

I suggest trying out the links above to proceed with the cancellation.
