Hi markm11633175 ,
Open Acrobat DC>click Tools>in search tools , type Stamp>click Add.
In the same search box , type Fill & Sign>click Add . This will add these two options in the right panel.
Open the document and select the tool Stamp for ex. to add Stamps to the document.
Let us know if you face any issue.
Thank You!
Shivam

I've been able to get to the place to add the signature, Custom Stamps then create and browse to the file to add as the stamp. I've create a PDF in Photoshop with my signature but when it imports the box is totally black.

You can't add an actual signature field to a stamp (well, you can, but it won't work like it should), because a stamp is flattened the moment you apply it to the page, so the signature just becomes a graphical element and loses all of its actual data.

What do you mean by "secure signature" exactly, and how did you do it in Acrobat 10? To add a date that's automatically updated when you place the stamp, you need to create a dynamic stamp. Acrobat comes with some dynamic stamps that include a date field, so you should be able to copy from them.
