I have been trying to make short, animated videos from voice files using the "Animate Characters" feature but keep receiving the error message: "We were unable to contact our service. Please try again later. (Error code: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR)."
Hi @unit338736209vcah. Sorry to hear you've been running into this issue, the good news is we have implemented several fixes designed to enhance the stability of this feature. Could you please give it another try and let us know if you observe any improvements on your side?
Update: we've deployed a few fixes aimed at improving the stability of this feature. Could you please try now and let us know if you are noticing any improvements on your end?
The feature was disabled temporarily, but has now been re-enabled. We are are continuing to investigate lingering failures. Are you still experiencing them?
Olha, eu consegui usando a minha voz mesmo, aí eu usei um programa de edição pra usar a voz gerada por IA. De qualquer forma é um pouco mais trabalhoso e espero que resolvam.
For folks who are still running into this issue, I just wanted to note that engineers are continuing their investigation, but I am not aware of an exact ETA. Thanks for your patience.
I am still getting this issue. What's the update on the resolution? If not resolved, then what's the ETA? I guess a company like Adobe can at least give an ETA for a fix.
Hi, can someone please help me? While creating a video using Animate from audio, I keep encountering an internal error. I haven't been able to resolve it for the past two days.
It's been a few days already. Obviously this is not a quick fix. It might be nice to put a label on the animation website saying "Temporarily unavailable" so that people don't waste their time trying and failing. I've already wated too much time.
Agreed. Though, it's worked here and there for me today, and I've managed to generate four short animations. But it's totally random whether it works or not because a lot of the time the error message still pops up.
