Adobe Express Favorite Collection Not Working Properly

I encountered an issue with the favorite (collection) feature in Adobe Express.

  • When I click to favorite an image, it does not appear in my collection folder.
  • When I try to remove an already favorited image, it reappears after refreshing the page.

Currently, I am unable to add new assets to my favorites, nor can I remove existing ones properly.

This issue prevents me from managing my favorite assets effectively. Please look into this bug. Thank you!

Bonjour

Lorsque je mets un template en favoris sur Adobe express, il m'est impossible de les retrouver dans mes favoris.

Ma catégorie affiche qu'elle est vide. Or, j'ai enregistré plusieurs template en sélectionnant le bouton cœur en haut à droite du template.

Ai-je fait quelque chose de mal ? Sinon, comment y remédier ?

Merci pour votre message et désolé pour ce désagrément. Si vos templates enregistrés en favoris n’apparaissent pas dans votre catégorie "Favoris", voici quelques étapes à essayer pour résoudre ce problème :

Vérifiez votre connexion : Assurez-vous que vous êtes bien connecté à votre compte Adobe Express et que votre connexion Internet est stable.
Actualisez la page ou redémarrez l'application si vous utilisez un appareil mobile.
Déconnectez-vous et reconnectez-vous pour forcer la synchronisation de votre compte.
Testez sur un autre navigateur ou appareil afin de voir si le problème est spécifique à votre configuration.
Videz le cache et les cookies de votre navigateur si vous utilisez la version web.
Vérifiez si votre application est à jour en installant la dernière version d’Adobe Express.

I scrolled through hundreds of templates in Adobe Express and favorited several I wanted to come back to by clicking the heart icon. Now, when I go to my favorites folder, none of the templates I saved are there. I tried loggin in from an icognito browser with cleared cache, opening my files through CC, refreshing--nothing works. The only files that are showing up in my favorites folder are templates I saved probably six months ago. Super frusting to spend so much time digging for the right templates only to lose them.

Indeed, it's a bug. I only discovered the issue after a Discord user reported it on the server. According to them, it was introduced after the most recent update. Not only do the newly favorited templates not show up in the Favorites folder, but the hearts also disappear after I refresh the page.

Unfortunately, I can't add favorites to my account. Even using a different browser doesn't solve the issue. What am I doing wrong?

Le truc c'est que je suis connectée avec mon téléphone, mon iPad et mon ordinateur. 
Je me déconnecte de tout et supprime l'appli pour la ré télécharger ?

car tout le reste de ce que vous m'avez suggéré a déjà été fait

Merci pour votre retour. Avant de tout réinstaller, pourriez-vous essayer de tester sur un seul appareil, par exemple votre téléphone, pour voir si le problème persiste ? Cela pourrait aider à identifier d’où vient le souci. En attendant, Abhi.G a transmis cette information à l'équipe technique concernée.

I never had this issue before but now I have starting today, all my favorited design assets, videos, etc are not showing. Any idea when this issue will be fixed and all my favorites restored?

I've looked at all the posts about this but none of the solves are working.

 

My favorites folder is empty, but when i see the photos i previously hearted in the search the heart is stil there. When I favorite a new photo it says it was added to my favorites folder but there's nothing there. 

 

I've been using adobe express in the app on my iphone 18 and Macbook air via Safari I have the lastest updates and software on both. The favorites folder is empty both places.
