Adobe express video download issues

Hello team!

 

I have subscribed for Adobe express premium version. I try to download since 10 days and I am unable to do so as the app stops at "We are working on your file, You will be able to download it soon".

Could you please help me? I have paid a premium and I cannot use the material I created!

We're sorry to hear about this. Please try a few things and see if that helps-

  • Try downloading from different browsers -  Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.
  • Test in incognito or privacy mode. Here are instructions for Chrome https://adobe.ly/4cT4i4K

 

If that doesn't help, please check if any asset you had added failed to upload or is still adding. Do you see any red warning sign/orange icon on the asset, if so, try adding the asset again and let us know if that helps. Otherwise you can share the project URL with us to investigate the issue further with edit access.
