Why is my 300px downlowded picture all blurred when I preview my webpage on adobe express?
I tried both jpeg and png and the resolution is still bad with the preview...

Large images in webpage files may appear low quality at first but should get higher quality as the data is downloaded. These use progressive type images where the quality improves as the image downloads
