I’m experiencing a recurring issue with the Background Removal tool in the Adobe Express app on my iPhone. When I try to remove the background from an image, the app hangs for a while (appears to be processing), but eventually returns an error screen. This happens consistently, regardless of which image I use.
I’ve already tried the following:
- Force quitting and relaunching the app
- Restarting my iPhone
- Deleting and reinstalling the app
- Testing with different images
- Checking for updates (both iOS and Adobe Express are fully up to date)
Device details:
- iPhone model: iPhone 14 Pro
- iOS version: iOS 18.5
- Adobe Express version: v28.1.0
Does anyone know of a workaround or fix for this issue? I use this feature regularly, so I’d love to get it back up and running.
